12) It's hard not to say Gensokyo, but Gensokyo is actually kind of technologically stuck, and regular humans don't really get much of a break (can anyone say Rumia's dinner?), so probably something like the world from the manga Nukoduke. Sentient miniature pet catgirls, with ability to communicate with regular animals! The downside is that everyone would probably turn into vegetarians pretty quickly, but hey, catgirls.

13) Overrated: The vast majority of anime, and pretty much every single one I've watched is overrated. The worst offender is probably PMMM though, and it's half the reason I try to avoid any sort of fandom or review until after I've finished the show.
Underrated: Gonna be the Twintails!! Gets crapped on for not having plot or characters but WHO CARES ABOUT THEM? It doesn't take itself seriously and it's funny so I don't get a lot of the hate it gets.

Overrated? SAO and Naruto
Underrated: Gintama, it's just a great show, sure it may be a bit vulgar at times, but I think it's pretty funny all around, and capable of making you cry like a little girl at the same time. Another underated series is Mondaiji, because, whle having a concept quite similar to No game No life, got mostly ignored, albeit it outperformed No game no life in almost every term, except for fanservice.

Reimei no Arcana, No Game no Life or Carciphona's world. Most fantasy worlds would tentatively suck to live in without any power though, so the most ideal world as a human is Cardcaptor Sakura's.
13. Most overrated/underrated anime/manga
Overrated: Pandora Hearts anime. Not a bad show, but cripplingly weak compared to the manga.
Underrated: Zettai Shounen, Yuki no Joou.

Overrated: Naruto, Shingeki no Kyojin, Sword Art Online, Fairy Tail, Mirai Nikki, High School of the Dead, I can keep going on. Now be aware that while I know that these are overrated anime, most of them aren't bad. I like Naruto, Shingeki, and SAO. From what I hear, Fairy Tail was good at first and now it's just a fanservice fest, Mirai Nikki had started to fall off later, and High School of the Dead is... that anime. I will say this, I don't believe any of these anime are by any means bad. But when you get an anime that's overrated, it will also be overhated. And I've seen this will all of these anime.
Underrated: Rinne no Lagrane, Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou, Kami nomizo shiru sekai...
