Thank to everyone's assistance, our process of forming a detailed plan for this competition has been going smoothly! I truly appreciate that.
This here is a problem concerning everyone's daily life and writing style, so please vote with haste! This again will help us form a lengthy plan that could please as many as possible. Votes are anonymous.
With the maximum word count as 5000 words (subjected to change), how long will it take you to complete one round's entry?
As a note, writing phase is defined as the amount of time participants have after the subject for that round is announced. It is the time for everyone to write and submit their entries. After writing phase ends, voting phase will take place.

As this competition will be multi-rounds, and not participating in one round will not disqualify your result in the whole competition (it will be your own loss and a great damage to your total points though), how many rounds should the competition have?

Competition System Final Draft
xXxWith pure, devoting effort from the organizers and everyone's enthusiastic, endearing contribution, I hereby announce the outline of the competition's system. This is the system that we have worked hard to create- for that sole fact, we truly expect everyone to take a good look in it and give us feedback. No matter how trivial you think your opinions might be, we would love to hear them all!
Bear in mind that this system is going to be the official one if no feedback is received and no modification could be made accordingly, so please, for your own sake and your own fun, give us your thoughts with haste!
Entries' Rules
Each entry is to have a suitable name.
Entries are to be written in English. While we are aware we do have members who are fluent in other languages, but writing in English will allow the quality of your work to be understood appreciated to the highest by judges and spectators!
Only one entry per person. All submitted work must be original and unaided.
An entry's maximum word count is 5000 words. There is no minimum word count.
The highest rating an entry could have is rating T (Teen). For information in rating.
An entry must follow the topic set for that round. Each entry must have enough elements of the Touhou world that it can be considered a Touhou fanfic.
Original Characters (OCs), Alternate Universes (AUs), crossovers are all accepted.
Scoring System
Judges are to score the entry in an integer percentage (JP). Ex: 50/100. With two judges scoring, one entry's JP will be the average of each judge's score for that respective entry.
Non-judges are to score the entry in 1-10 scale with a precision of 0.5.(Ex: 8.5, 9.0 are accepted. 9.3 is not). 1 being the lowest, 10 being the highest. One entry's NP will be the sum of each Non-judge's vote.
The final score of an entry will be the sum of JP and NP.
Example:
Person A's entry's point is to be calculated.
Judges No. 1 gives 70/100. Judges No. 2 gives 90/100. The JP for that entry will be 80/100.
Voter No. 1 gives 5/10. Voter No. 2 gives 10/10. Voter No. 3 gives 6/10. The NP for that entry will be 21 points.
The final point for that entry will be 80+21= 101 points.
Round System
3 (three) rounds in total.
Each round will consist of two phases: Writing Phase and Voting Phase.
Writing Phase begins after the subject for one round has been declared, and will last for 14 days (336 hours). Entries are to be submitted via PM to the organisers. The organisers will then post the entries anonymously (without the name of the writers) on the forum.
During Writing Phase, participants are free to send modifications to their entries, as well as submit a different entry to take the place of the old one.
Late entries are not recognized and accepted, unless the writer suffers under real life problems and explicitly requests the organizers for an extension before the deadline. Such writers will have a 6-day extension (144 hours). Entries submitted during this extension will be scored normally by judges, but will not receive Non-judge Points, i.e. NP = 0. No further extensions after the 6-day extension will be granted.
Voting Phase begins after the Writing Phase has ended, and will last for 7 days (168 hours). Non-judges are to post a reply in this thread, scoring each entry in 1-10 scale with brief comments.
Each non-judge may only vote once, but will be able to edit their own votes freely before the end of the Voting Phase.
The final score for a participant will be the sum of their entry's points for every round they participate in. One participant will not be disqualified from further competing if they unfortunately miss one round.
