I actually forgot about this thread until I saw the one on the farm. Sapz opened the first one in 2012 and Mino opened it in 2013 (I think) and since then I did it. So I'm doing it for 2016 too even though it's not 2016. Well whatever.

Personal Biggest Screw-ups of 2016: Did a fairy ram into you and ruin the GOD RUN? Whatever comedies/tragedies pop up most clearly to mind go here! These don't have to be specific occurrences but can be generalities as well in your gaming endeavors.

Personal Favourite Achievements of 2016: 108.9m in A2 Lunatic, the score is not very strong but it's easily the hardest thing I did this year.
Personal Biggest Screw-ups of 2016: When I was going for EoSD LNB I died to stage 6 midboss non, failed meek safespot and failed dodging the very same meek, followed by a death to Remi opener and YDL. A 6-miss in the span of a minute, because my soul died aswell. My A2L PB also has a death on Overdrive where I ram Sunny's face right before the spell ends, ruining max motivation clear and 111m potential. Making out with Sunny is not a motivation increase!
Favourite Achievements by Others of 2016: Megapulse getting 111.1M in A1 Lunatic, superplay.
Goals for 2017: Playing more than I am now.
I'd challenge Gibbi to an EoSD score but I'm not even playing the game right now so I can't do that with a straight face.

Personal Favourite Achievements of 2016: SA Easy Marisa B 713mil. It's by far the best replay I've ever made and one of the strongest scores in SA. It'll take a long time before I get another score this good.
Personal Biggest Screw-ups of 2016: Nothing stands out. Of course I lost a lot of decent runs while grinding my categories. The worst would be any of my TD Extra 610mil fails I guess.
Favourite Achievements by Others of 2016: Otodo's and Mikami's TD Extra scores.
Goals for 2017: This year I will put less time into my scores but do more categories. I'm aiming for 15 WRs by the end of the year: 6 in SA easy, 6 in SA normal and 3 in TD extra.
Challenges to other players: Push yourselves. Go out of your comfort zones.

Personal Favorite Achievements of 2016: My UFO Lunatic 2.421b run that I pulled off on Christmas Eve.
Personal Biggest Screw-ups of 2016: A failed UFO LNBNV that could've been FS but game overed to LFS. It's fine, I got the LNBNV next credit and got a FS LNB sometime later out of nowhere.
Favorite Achievements by others of 2016: KG's 3.357b UFO Lunatic WR and kisara's LoLK Lunatic 3.077b WR are the ones that stand out majorly. Especially since they were both accomplished in their respective streams. I've never been more hyped watching anyone else before, especially kisara. Yu-suke's quick PBs with SakuyaB in PCB Lunatic were also hella cool. Survival-wise, Amana's LoLK LNN is by far the most hype LNN achieved during the year. Dude fucking deserved it!
Goals of 2017: First order of business is to get UFO Lunatic 2.5b, and thankfully I doubt it'll take me all year. After that, I'll see where my mind drifts to. I might improve my PB in UFO Hard (I've been thinking of using MarisaB along with SanaeB for this.) or learn to score another game such as MoF. I'm not sure yet. I just really want to focus on this for the time being.
Challenges to other players: Come out of your safe zones and try to delve into more risky locations. As in, don't limit yourself to one difficulty lower than another because you're 'not ready to move up'. Just try out something new!
Mino: plz get PCB Lunatic 3b soon
Chip: Hopefully you find something you can stick with long-term. You're quite good at routing so you just need to find a good category!
Fera: plz get SA LNB soon
DarkPermafrost/Icemyon: LNB all the games, okay
Scala/Obama: plz work on SA Lunatic 4b
RB: plz get LoLK LNB All-Clear soon so you can work on LNN/Lunatic 2.5b/both
Yats: plz LNN(N) all the games

Personal Favorite Achievements of 2016: MS Lunatic 1cc. Went at it on and off for a few months before I did it. Even if I did it with a few safespots here and there, it still feels unreal. Personal Biggest Screw-ups of 2016: Screwing up a MS Lunatic 1cc on the last Shinki pattern. Still tilted even now. Favorite Achievements by Others of 2016: Zig's NMNB compilations have been pretty nice to see! Other than that I don't really follow much of anyone sadly. Personal Favorite Achievements of 2016: I have nothing I'm proud of, to be honest. I guess my SA easy score, if only for what it represents? that is, me getting into scoring.
Personal Biggest Screw-ups of 2016: Not playing much at all. My playtime this year has been much lower than the other years I've played.
Favorite Achievements by others of 2016: Yu-suke's 3.859b PCB lunatic SakuyaB score, Kisara's 3.077b LoLK lunatic score, INFS' 6.751b IN lunatic score, as well as all the TD record improvements were the standout ones for me. KG's 3.357b UFO lunatic and his fight vs Marisa in DDC ex was also really cool. And also HNY and Amana's LoLK LNNs.
On a more personal level - Bloony's LoLK LNBs, ZM UFO 2.4b (2.5b/2.6b zoom okay), as well as all the people like Xirno (despite the fact we were pretty even when we first met I think - but you're better than me now, if I had to guess) and Lolipop improving. It was fun to watch.
Goals of 2017: Play more. Outside of that nebulous statement, I want to experience each game in my own way - this isn't something I vowed just now, but I haven't been seriously working towards it much. I want to get a decent score in all of the official, standard games (including GFW but pc-98/pofv is up in the air). Well, for me anyway. Don't expect any IN 6 billions from me :V

Personal Favourite Achievements of 2016: My PCB LNBNBB, which was my first maingame LNB run and it captured 26 out of 28 spells (only missing the first two of Youmu's) as well as, of course, my 5 miss 23/26 EoSD LNB, which is my best achievement to date, beating the PCB run.
Personal Biggest Screw-ups of 2016: Dying by accidentally hugging Yuyuko at the start of the 2nd non on my PCB LNBNBB, as well as forgetting to do my Stage 4 opening route on that same run. I blame it on Yuyuko 'cause too cute, had to hug. Losing to Scarlet Gensokyo when I reached Remilia with 4 extra lives on my first EoSD LNB credit was also a big screw-up I guess. At least in my successful LNB I also made it to her with 4 lives though (and finished with 3). Oh and losing an EoSD Extra NMNB... to the survival card. Amazing.
Favourite Achievements by Others of 2016: Basically anything my friends have achieved; I really enjoy seeing you guys improve your skills. :D
Goals for 2017: Let's see... IN LNB first, then other LNBs, of which MoF and GFW B and C routes will be done the earliest, assuming I don't switch games as usual. Then I still have MS, TD and SA that I want to do, and I'll likely leave the remaining Windows games, UFO and LoLK, for later. I want to get more Extra NMNBs as well, clear ISC 10-4 no items for 75/75, do a DFK Omote Loop 2-ALL, maybe even grind for a DOJ BL 2-ALL if I get on that later during the year, and I want to learn to score 300 million (or if that's not feasible, at least high) in Samidare Extra at some point, against a WR of 290m by DXS. Lastly I have several goals on a "postponed" list that I might end up doing whenever I feel like doing them.

ZM: I still want to see the LNNN on a random LNB credit! It will happen, trust me.

Personal Favourite Achievements of 2016: Getting into Touhou. All extra and hard 1cc of the main Touhous and all clear the side titles.
Personal Biggest Screw-ups of 2016: Basically any failed run or attempt. Special mention goes to my 4 digit attempts on some side titles' levels.
Favourite Achievements by Others of 2016: Honestly, everyone who submitted replays and/or achieved something they considered great. You all worked hard to obtain what you wanted, and more.
Goals for 2017: Lunatic 1cc, no bomb/anything else runs, work on shooting game skills not only in Touhou but other titles too.
Challenges to other players: Don't give up no matter how frustrated you get. Humans are always better than programs, just remember that and you can do anything if you dedicated yourself hard enough for such things. As long as you are being reasonable with the right approach, you can do anything you like. Push yourselves, don't be scared.
I can't really be specific very much honestly. There's not much more I can say.

Goals for 2017: More normal 1ccs and definitely more extras. I might try more LoLK scoring but idk.
