i have trouble with marisa normal too
heck, im bad at her on easy too. i cant get a good survival run because of her.

You may also want to just drop a bomb on anything of Marisa's you're inconsistent at too, just to be safe. I also did a no miss run of the full game. A couple really silly mistakes and a couple parts of my route were a bit messed up because I forgot what to do (like forgetting where the fairies spawn in stage 5), but it should still give you a rough idea. Normal Marisa's final card (Earth Light Ray) is actually more difficult than the Hard and Lunatic versions.
For a rundown:
Milky Way: Dodge and hope for the best, there's no real trick to this card.
Stardust Reverie: let it guide you in a circle until you are once again under Marisa.
Non-Directional Laser: Misdirect the aimed stars while slipping through the barriers. I actually find this easier on Hard than Normal, since I memorized the lasers in the Hard version.
Master Spark: Misdirect the spark and dodge.
Earth Light Ray: Try to stream this. It's much harder than the card is on Hard, so don't feel too bad if it gives you trouble.
Worst comes to worst, switch to Scarlet and fight Reimu instead.

i have trouble with marisa normal too heck, im bad at her on easy too. i cant get a good survival run because of her. Im good with her on Easy, but im especially bad at Normal so all I know is that you're not alone. |
