Dermitillomania (Excoriation Disorder) is an impulsive control disorder in which you can't stop picking the flesh off of your skin.
People think this is a common symptom found in OCD, but its an actual disorder itself.
Trichotillomania (Hair Pulling Disorder) is an impulsive control disorder in which you can't stop picking strands of hair off of your head.
Like Dermitillomania, its a disorder itself.
