How often do you play Touhou?

Depends on my mood.

I play it every so often for quite a long time.

I did played a lot of Touhou (Literally every day), but now i'm interested in completing more other games (Yeah,i'm a completionist ).
But no worries i still do Touhou stuff every day since i have heard about Touhou (And That's Dedication )

Kind of depends on what I'm doing and if I have the motivation. If I'm trying to learn a game or a mode I haven't cleared yet, I'll probably play once a day at least. Otherwise, I do expect myself to do something a couple times a week. Mostly thinking about the times I do sort of sit down and focus on something (and accounting for other stuff). I don't expect myself to push for more than an hour when I do runs, though.

Edit: Feel I wasn't too clear here. I kind of do multiple runs per day, but they're usually in short bursts (an hour as I mentioned earlier).

Ah, rats. The good old question about how much devotion one puts into their games. Classic. Time to come out with a string of confessions coupled with the usual string of excuses and explanations. You see, about 3 years ago, i stopped living life fully and reverted into a state of "can't really break properly into the game again" as i came down with depression and a general feeling of apathy towards everything.

I still held on to my shooting heart but its hard to play games like these if you're not properly devoted to them. That's also why all my accomplishments to date are things that you could probably train monkeys to do with a bit of motivation but I don't CARE! Because I've had fun playing these things, even if i didn't accomplish anything in my arguably wastefully applied practice time. See, i really enjoy the practice but I don't much enjoy the full credits themselves because I am a person who prefers spending his time playing with problems that are actually problems rather than going through the entire thing over and over hoping to fluke on the things i can't do. So how much time does this in the end boil down to? Well, WHEN i actually do play, it usually turns into 2-3 hour sessions ideally everyday, though sometimes i'm actually motivated for more.

However, as ill fate would have it, I'm cursed with having social needs and since my best irl friend lives quite a ways from my city, i have this little arrangement where i come down and crash for a week and then i go home for a bit and come back again. You could say its kinda like having two different adresses which helps solving the problems with loneliness that I experience. However, as it happens my surroundings are actively shaping my habits so if my company are carrying out secondary lifestyles I'll end up living a secondary lifestyle too. It's kinda hard to get the required time to sink into a shmup in a situation like this and what's worse is, the presence of scrubs is literally encouraging bad attitudes towards games and its effecting me far more that i'd like.

So to speak, i'm incredibly easily damaged by my environment and it puts me in quite a pickle as I can't stand being alone but also feel bad from not doing what I'm supposed to be doing. But that's not what I came to talk about. I just needed to explain this whole situation to properly answer the question. The answer being, when i'm on my own I typically get 2-3 hours in every day but when i'm not on my own (which is usually the case) I don't get any playing done and my self-loathing piles up with it.

That depends on what I am doing. Ironically, if I am starting to learn (or relearn) a game, I play less than when I do runs. Though that also depends on what I'm playing at the moment. Like right now, I want to learn PCB easy, but Letty's last spell is a big pain, so in the future runs might be a bit annoying because I'll have to reset a lot on that. Or maybe it won't be so bad since I'm better now than I was last year (?). So overall I don't count myself as a very dedicated player. On average, I think I play 3-4 times a week for 1-2 hours each time. Sometimes it's more for both numbers, sometimes less for the first. I'm lazy
