Welcome to the Eientei Feedback subforum! This subforum is meant to act as a bridge between the staff and the users of the community. If you have any suggestions on how to improve the forum, or you want to ask about anything involving the forum, or just want to comment on anything related to the forum, please don't hesitate to post them here! The staff will monitor this subforum and try to reply to everything accordingly.
There are a few rules that are to be enforced in this subforum, however, either as new rules unique to this subforum, or as special emphasis on certain rules in the Code of Conduct.
1. Before making a thread, please try to check if an existing open thread already exists for whatever you plan to post. If such a thread is present, please post in that thread instead of making a new one.
2. This subforum is meant for communication between the members and the staff, with feedback in the form of suggestions, inquiries, and comments. Therefore, do not create a thread whose purpose does not fall into those categories.
3. Likewise, do not derail threads to discuss something different from the general purpose of the thread. Such discussions should be shifted to threads that are appropriate for them. Refer to rules 1 and 2 to dictate whether you should create a new thread in this subforum for such discussions or not.
4. If you have multiple unrelated issues that you wish to provide your feedback on, please place them on separate threads, even if this involves creating multiple threads. If your feedback is on multiple issues that are related to each other, then please present them in a single thread.
5. Please be polite. You are entitled to your own opinions, but please express them in a respectful manner. Insults, hostile arguments, rude demands and such are unacceptable. Civilized debates are still okay, provided they remain civilized and are true to the original purpose of the thread.
6. Please be patient. The staff have their own activities to deal with and may therefore be unable to respond immediately to you. Please do not pester the staff to come to an early decision. Occasional reminders about your feedback are okay, but please do not abuse this privilege.
7. If you wish to contribute to a thread that has been locked, please check why the thread is locked. If it was locked due to a similar thread already existing (the staff member should link to this thread while locking), then move to the other thread. If the thread is locked due to the discussion being considered as closed, please PM a staff member (preferably the one who locked the thread) with your intended post and await the staff's decision, such as whether to unlock the thread or allow you to create a new thread for it.
I hope this subforum can allow the members and staff to effectively work together to improve the forum as a whole. Thank you!
