As much as I don't enjoy playing UFO, I have to admit the final stage is something else. It's dark and the music is low-tone and creepy (as opposed to the upbeat music heard elsewhere) and makes you feel isolated.
Then you make it to the boss and the whole area changes completely, down to the music momentarily cutting out as this shift happens and Byakuren shows up. And her music is great and final boss-y too. And I'd honestly have picked her theme for my favorite boss if I wasn't being a stopid hipster and picked a fan character's theme instead

This is obvious. As far as character groups, this group have characters have the highest average of positives. In comparison to EoSD (Don't like Flan, am ok with Remi), Netherworld (They're ok), Moriya Shrine (Kanako is ok), Palace of Earth Spirits (Am ok with Utsuho and Satori), etc.

Actually, I'll be greedy, too. And provide some explanation.
Moriya Shrine's my overall favorite. Sanae's my favorite character in the series, and I like Kanako and Suwako's characters, too. I have a strong respect for the both of them.
I like the Netherworld duo, as well. Yuyuko's awesome and Youmu's pretty neat, too.

I should really stop ignoring everything that happens in the Hakurei Shrine because I end up missing on this kind of post. c': Catching up too.

Missed out a couple of days, because of tests, but here I come to catch up, so sorry for the delay guys.
Segundo Dia: Evil Eye Sigma: The most atrocious EX boss, and not because his patterns are hard, but rather because your own wonky movement makes them hard, especially the balls which appear on its third stage. Also since it's a tank i don't feel it adds anything to the series in terms of "being an interesting character" why? Because tanks don't really have much personality.
Tercer Dia: EoSD, back to the classics baby! EoSD is the game that got me started and one i play on a regular basis, I may not know everything about how to play it, but a run always makes me feel good. I don't find any part of it really annoying, except for the EX stage at some points.
Cuarto Dia: UFO, just scares me, and not because of it's difficulty I'm fine with that, but because of freakin' old man laser eyes x2, now that's nightmare fuel right there. Don't get me wrong, I like most of the UFO cast but the game itself not so much, mainly because of its mechanics,.
Quinto Dia: Eikishiki, said to be canonically capable of defeating Reimu, Yuyuko, and even freakin' Yukari in a fight all by herself. 'Nuff said.
Sexto Dia: Heian Alien, the buildup for the song is just so good and then when it breaks out it truly becomes a frantic fest, perfect for an EX boss. The fantastic Legend of Tohno, the song from PCB stage 2, it always seemed to me that it marked the real start of an adventure, being cheerful yet carrying a sense of epicness, and I mean actual epic, not the epic you just slap on something cool that happens.
Septimo Dia: Stage 5 of DDC, this is mostly because of the aesthetics for the stage, (not including midboss or boss in this) With it twisting and whirling all around, and the enemies actually being upside down at times, apart from a certain waterfall part it's not that hard for a stage 5, and even that part is safe, as long as you're not greedy.
Octavo Dia: i'll have to go with the Yakumo group, they're cool gals, not too big a group which is what kept me from choosing the Koumakyo group, since I don't really care about two of its members, as much as I like the game.
Noveno Dia: I'm both a man and latino, I don't think there is any character that even looks remotely like me physically, personality wise though apparently I'm Kogasa, so let's go with that :v

Catching up, as well, hehe 1. Your Favourite characterA tie between four characters actually: Flandre Scarlet, Shiki Eiki Yamaxanadu, Kazami Yuuka, and Okazaki Yumemi. If I had to pick only one character though, I would pick Flandre, because she was the first of those that I encountered and she was part of why I got myself into Touhou (and meet the other favorites~) in the first place! 2. Your least favorite characterOnly two characters that I really dislike: Houraisan Kaguya and Kurumi. I have no idea about why I hate them and I know it's irrational. Of the two, I'd have to say I dislike Kaguya more. 3. Your Favourite Touhou GameTouhou Kaeidzuka ~ Phantasmagoria of Flower View (Th09 - PoFV). I also really like Story of Eastern Wonderland (SoEW), Subterranean Animism (SA) and Double Dealing Character (DDC) but PoFV remains at the top for me. 4. Least Favourite Touhou GameGreat Fairy Wars (Th12.8 - GFW), for sure. I have a very hard time with implementing the ice mechanics properly and the attack patterns are pretty unforgiving without mastery over ice, making this a really annoying game for me. 5. Character you believe is most powerfulThis can be seen in a lot of different angles, but based on raw destructive ability, I'd have to go with Flandre Scarlet. She can destroy pretty much anyone or anything just by squeezing her right hand, including a giant meteor! The fact that it even applies to inanimate objects is what puts her above candidates like Yuyuko or Eiki. That being said, since power isn't restricted to destructive ability alone, I'd guess that Yakumo Yukari (boundary powers), Remilia Scarlet (manipulation of fate) and Hoshiguma Yuugi (unexplainable phenomena) could potentially be more powerful, but only in the theoretical sense, since I've yet to see them demonstrate their greater potential in canon. 6. Favourite Theme (Stage and Boss)Stage Theme (and favorite overall) - Last Remote (SA Extra Stage) Boss Theme - Faith is for the transient people (MoF Stage 5 - Kochiya Sanae) Since I already have top ten lists for these, I might as well post them: 7. Favourite StageSA Extra Stage ~ Lovely Visitor from Hell by a really wide margin. I just really love this stage! <3 8. Favourite group of characters (eg Eientei, SDM, Moriya Shrine etc)SDM and Palace of Earth Spirits, simply because I like a lot of characters from those two groups (Flandre, Patchy, Sakuya from SDM; Koishi, Okuu, Orin from Palace of Earth Spirits) 9. Character your look most like"you", not "your"  Instead of letting all the guys pick between Rinnosuke and Male Shingyoku, I'm gonna assume that characters of the opposite gender should also be equally considered by comparing with a genderbent version of yourself. Since this question is based on appearance (as opposed to personality), I'd have to go with Usami Sumireko. 3. Your Favourite Touhou Game Imperishable Night for… reasons. B-but even though it was the first game with MariAli, Magic Team is pretty awful. SA, on the other hand, has a much better MariAli shot type... |

In terms of personality, I'm probably like Reisen, because I think she's hard working and quite calm. Oh, and she puts up with Tewi (Tewi is like my sis, and she's her favourite character).
