I want to like Paree. Really, I do, she shares my ethnicity (Persian) which is cool. Plus I like her design.
But I can't help but be annoyed with her "jealous of anything and everything" gimmick.

Pretty sure the one still at the bottom of the pole is Kanako, for the fact that I've never liked her, no matter how many "good points" exist in her, I don't see them.

2. Your least favorite character
Yukari Yakumo.
I don't really see why she's so popular aside from the fact she's pretty hot. I personally find her kinda boring. I can see why others find her interesting, but she doesn't really interest me, personally. I like her dynamic with Yuyuko, though. I find it touching.
I don't really dislike any of the relevant Touhou characters (Yukari included). Just lame ones like Rinnosuke (though I like his dynamic with Marisa, which might be his only redeeming factor...I guess?), but they aren't relevant enough for me to consider.

2. probably Mimi-Chan. In Touhoumon I have no legitimate way whatsoever to get passed the damned thing without needing to sacrifice a lot of Boneka. Too fast, hits too hard, and nothing I have is bulky enough to really survive any of its attacks (yes I can switch into of the Ghost types everyone knows I use to dodge Explosion, but the problem is everyone knows I use them so they'll just have Mimi-Chan use Flare Blitz or Head Smash and avoid recoil damage).
Come on I have an easier time against Kaguya than this thing. ;>__>

2) Medicine Melancholy This is one of the few Touhou characters I legitimately dislike. She's a very immature character, and seeks to pretty much make any suffer all because she was abandoned. In you look at the story mode comments in PoFV when your character loses to her, you pretty much die. I hope one day Medicine decides to be more like Kogasa or something, instead of being a bitter doll that wants to kill everything. I do really like her theme though. 3) 東方永夜抄 ～ Imperishable Night As you can see in my profile, it's Imperishable Night. To me, this is probably the best Touhou game ZUN has made. The characters, the storyline, the music, the last word system, the duo charcter system, it's great. Even though it's on the easier side of the spectrum, it does not mean it's any less better. Easier =/= worse. Zak We can't be friends anymore. shadielthTo me, Eiki is one of the characters I don't see you could dislike unless you have some sort of misunderstanding. Many people think she's just some cruel, nagging Yama that just wants to make you suffer. When in reality she's the complete opposite. She nags you because she doesn't wanna have to send you to hell, she's quite the caring person. All she wants is for the residents of Gensokyo to do the right thing, even going as far as exaggerating the truth a bit in order for you to do what is right or to stop doing what is wrong. And sadly, many people take that for granted. Look at her dialogue in PoFV, and you'll see what I mean. If you dislike because of experiences in PoFV, I have nothing really to say. |

I honestly don't mind Eiki, although, I like Komachi even more (2nd favourite character). But Komachi makes me suffer more than Eiki.
For my day 3, I agree that IN IS the best game. One thing. Kaguya. There are other things, but that's one reason why, I also love the music, the cast and the general game play too.

3. Touhou Chireiden ~ Subterranean Animism
What can I say? Subterranean Animism has the best plot, the most interesting patterns, best shots, a final boss that throws literal stars at you, my favorite soundtrack, my favorite Stage (the extra stage), and the best scoring system. So SA is the best.

3. Your Favorite Touhou Game
I dunno whether it's UFO or MoF, so I'll list both.
Undefined Fantastic Object got me really into the series. It's quite challenging, Sanae is playable, cast is great, soundtrack is a pleasure to listen to, the UFO system is creative and makes scoring interesting, and it's overall just a really enjoyable game.
Mountain of Faith is the one game I grew to play more than any other, even more than UFO. First off, the soundtrack is among the best in the series, the cast is the best (Sanae~), and the faith system, although a little frustrating, makes scoring fun since it enables you to figure out ways on how to conserve it, and once you do, your score skyrockets. It also has my favorite Extra stage in the series (the only one I bother repeating, too). Fun stuff.

Before being called an utter failure, Hopeless Masquerade made a step in mechanics for Touhou fighting games that impressed me. The story is shot, and the character graphics are.. Ugh, but, the fact that HM tested the waters and didn't become another Soku clone impressed me, and I find it my favorite game, because I find it fun, and it's a damn good experiment, despite it failing.

3. My favorite Touhou game... I'm gonna have to say Mystic Square TBH. I like the atmosphere in the PC98 games (the visuals are sharper and darker, the music is sharper because of technical limitations, and you actually are fighting nonhumanoid things as bosses and midbosses) and Mystic Square is the one that stands out the most for whatever reason. zak We can't be friends anymore. :< |

3) I got two games for this, but not because I can't choose between the two:
Double Dealing Character - This isn't that explainable, since I like it for its gameplay. When I play DDC, I just feel like I am having a lot of fun. And, even though the music, characters, story etc. are generally mediocre, the game is built well enough and is fun enough that I would prefer playing it to any other game.
Subterranean Animism - I can explain this - it has really fun gameplay, the best soundtrack, best story, some very great characters and tons of unique patterns. While I don't prefer playing it to every other game, when it comes to the actual content of it, I don't think any other game can best it.
