Member's guide and more staff changes

My, the forum sure has grown. With new members joining, the staff decided that writing up a guide for new members and automatically PM new members the guide would be a good idea. So, after a lot of work, it is now up here: eientei.boards.net/thread/483/eientei-member-guide-info-manual
I hope it can be somewhat useful.
Next, we have decided to appoint another moderator! (we don't think we'll be recruiting any more staff for some time.) Proto has helped with the editing and planning of many events on the forum, his expertise is agreed among the staff to have very good synergy with existing skillsets and that his presence would also help promote unity within our staff.
