Staff rules and CoC revisions 02/04/2015

Necroposting rules have been nuked temporarily in the best interests of activity. There is no real logical reason why such a small forum needs a necroposting rule.
New staff rules. I was decided by staff majority, that from today on, staff must abide by the new staff rules, in addition to the usual member rules:

If you see a member of staff violating the rules, please visit the Skype meeting chat for discussion.
Discussion:
All discussion of topics will take place in the staff meeting on Skype.
General Rules:
1) Do not give out any more badges. The system has now been nuked.
2) "Big changes" to be discussed before implementation:
1) Theme alterations (You *can* make new/alter existing themes, but don't 1. make it default 2. overwrite another other theme without leaving a copy of the replaced theme that can be recovered
2) Section and sub-section creation + naming
3) Banning and deleting members.
4) Mechanic altering plugins
5) Rewarding members
6) Altering the CoC, for either the Forum CoC or the Staff CoC
7) Appointing/demoting staff members
3) Before any other changes ("small changes"), notify the other staff about the change in the staff board (by making a reply in your personal activity log thread), wait 3 minutes for a reply. If no reply, implement, then if necessary, other staff may discuss the change made after the fact.
Consequences:
1 warn per small change not notified. 3 warns and you get your powers taken for 3 months, warns decrease by 1 per month.
1 big change violation = 1 month of no powers.
If you get punished 4 times in a year, you will face judgement in the staff meeting on Skype. You could potentially be removed from the staff.
