It is a game by Lion Heart which is quite famous in the doujin community for the game Mystical Chain.
It is a 2D beat 'em up platformer. There is no english patch made for it yet, but gameplay wise, it is not necessairly recommended.
The game spans across 6 stages, which consist of several platforming segments with enemies, followed by an end boss for each stage. There are four styles which can be fully customized to possess whatever bullet/spellcard type you wish.
The bullet, spellcards and additional combos must be purchased with the in-game currency (which is easily acquired). Every enemy has a specific weather effect associated with them, and killing an enemy by countering their attacks unleashes their weather condition. These can be things from summoning the rain, lighting bolts, freezing water, creating gusts of wind, and so forth. Many of the obstacles encountered throughout the stages must be overcome by making clever use of these effects.

- added in the main menu a ''challenge'' option. Which contains a training mode (for practicing combos or just to test out some stuff), a Combo attack mode which is a kind of mini-game where you have to inflict as much damage as possible in 10 seconds on a dummy, a boss rush mode and a Lunatic boss rush mode. Also added a result screen for the new modes and added an achievement screen.
