This is a question that I've asked ever since the game came out. It's never explained where she got them from. I personally think that she 'borrowed' the items from Marisa, save for the Miracle Mallet and the Blood Thristy Ying Yang Orb.
I think that she got the Blood Thristy Orb from Reimu during the down time bewteen DDC and ISC and it's the same orb from DDC since it has a sillimar design to Reimu's orb.

According to Marisa, her borrowing of techniques is similar to scientists borrowing of empirical evidence from other scientists and testing their credibility and improving upon the conditions and flaws of the original, alike scientists, which Patchouli likens Magicians to be, but with magic instead science.
