Oh hey a list. I haven't watched animu in forever, even though I have Nichijou and Jojo's bizarre adventure on my laptop. Maybe soon. As for manga, a friend of mine got me the first two volumes of D-Gray.man. it was really neat...but that was like two years ago. .-. I should really get back to this. If anything, like, Death Note or FullMetal Alchemist, or something. It's been too long I don't know what's good. >_< Nichijou is glorious! You have to watch it xD  (Context makes this even funnier.) It's a damn shame Nichijou didn't make any money, so they never made a S2... so many loose ends... |

Yeah... I didn't understand why though. I think people are too used to expect pretty looking anime with marketable characters from Kyoto Animation.
And to be fair, most of their anime are way overrated. Nichijou, on the other side, is pretty underrated.

I don't think I've laughed at any anime as hard as I've laughed at Nichijou. The town gets blown up by a fucking nuke in the first episode! Because Nano ran into someone XD

Because Nano ran into someone XD Yes xD Nichijou is very Azumanga-ish. But if you want something as funny (or more, imo), try Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, it's amazing. (Just don't stop on the first episode because it's actually the weakest). By the way, have you seen the dub version of the opening? I don't usually like dubs but this one is excellent. |

Nichijiou's animation quality is pretty amazing, if you look carefully, actually.

Nichijiou's animation quality is pretty amazing, if you look carefully, actually. Its amazingly good considering its just a slice of life comedy show. True, it is amazingly done. But I think people always expect Kyoukai no Kanata/Hyouka level of animation and ignore the fact comedy anime aren't made to look shiny and elaborate. There's a reason for comedy anime to stay relatively simple in terms of artwork after all. |

Nichijiou really is underrated. I've watched Kara no kyokai movies, though I think I like fate more because the battles are flashier~ Which makes more use of their OP animation. Ushinawareta would have been a lot better if I wasn't watching it as it aired. The plot twist in episode 8 (though I had predicted it before that) is neat, but when I had to wait a week for every update, it's not as effective.

Watch Toaru. Or Railgun, since Aki-nii and I think Touma is portrayed better there. The second season of Railgun is pretty awesome, specially the Sisters Arc. I was actually surprised that J.C. Currently watching Kara no kyoukai for the nth time I've decide to watch some Ghibli films to shake things up, anybody got any suggestions?
So far I've watched: Totoro, Naussica, princess Mononoke, and Howl's moving castle.
