Yukari is not evil in my opinion.
I voted Seiga just for her "wicked" nature.
For Yuuka, she'll kill anyone who dare to step on her garden.

she end sometime incidents
but she manipulate ppl if the situation is not serious, and maybe she pick humans from human village and give her for food yokai
