Yuki-Onna are cold and she is hostile towards humans, if she see a human she will kill him without hesitation
She is more dangerous than i was thinking
i don't put them more higher because they can not make a planet sick, that's just dumb
if they can destroy or give death to anything by just thinking and even meta-physical things, they will be too OP
She can controls your mental
exemple: when you fight her in LoLK
Doremy put Sumireko in a Dream and everyone want to beat and Sumireko
If she just have a simple ability that will be short but her powers if complex
For me she is the most strongest youkai, she have powers she has a power which considers to be at the same level or more higher than that of the gods, she have a godly power without being a god, only gods who are more powerful than her are Hecatia and Junko

She can wield bizarre weaponry with great skill. She can also perform feats, such as bludgeoning their opponents with a book, slicing their flesh with a towel and even find effective, offensive uses for bananas and other edible objects, she use stop sign, TRAINS and other things
Truth Manipulation
She can make the truth into a lie or make a lie into the truth. She can give herself powers by lying and saying she have that power and making it the truth. She can also manipulate reality, making wishes true or by lying about being a god.
Subspace Travel
The principle of this ability is a utilization of Dimension Shifting: jumping from the 3rd dimension into subspace (commonly depicted as the 4th or 11th dimension, though other dimensions may be used), which provides a "shortcut" by drastically decreasing distance, and then jumping back out to a different spatial location. This differs from regular teleportation, which is simply moving from one spatial location to another without shifting into or out of the same space. Using this principle, one can even teleport physical matter into another object that is occupying the target location.
Because subspace is an integral to normal space, she can also travel through alternate timelines, dimensions or even realities by utilizing the extra dimensional space as an intermediate tunnel of sorts, or remain inside the upper plane to serve as a safe pocket dimension haven of sorts, even using it as a storage space. She can even tear apart subspace to cause damage or open portals in between two spaces linked by the subspace.
Enhanced Fanmanship
She is able to demonstrate fluid and graceful proficiency for the ways of the fan. May also be capable of air-based abilities as well. If the fan is bladed she may be capable of assassination as well.
Shikigami Conjuration
She can call/conjure entities called Shikigami to assist her in a variety of ways, including for good fortune, protection, and curses. Their power is connected to the spiritual force of Yukari, and can possess or bewitch people, and cause bodily harm or death. She can take a variety of human or animal forms, but remain usually invisible or disguised to human eyes, although those with spiritual powers can normally perceive them.
Afterlife Border
She can control the movement/communication over the border between life and death, allowing the living/dead to communicate over it, taking them to the other side from where they are (by force if necessary), or prevent the movement to either direction, effectively either dooming the target to never die/pass on or making their death irreversible.
Antimatter Magic
She is able to perform a form of magic that allows her to utilize antimatter, either magically manipulating it or using it to cast spells.
Portal Creation
She can open a hole in the universe connecting two non-adjacent locations. This may be done in a very neat manner, such as connecting two doorways in the universe, or it may be done very sloppily like breaking a rift in the space-time continuum. She may use Dimensional Manipulation to tear a tiny hole through two universes, use Spatial Manipulation to overlap two points in the universe or open a black hole or a wormhole connecting those two points.
This ability may come in the form of a "Portable Portal", which allows her to make instant holes in anything the circle can be stuck to. Offensively, she can create vortexes to suck in objects.
