i think Tsukumo sisters do some concerts with Raiko, like Prismriver Sisters
For Design most of people prefer Benben because her design is more cute than Yatsuhashi

I understand about that, poor Tsukumo sisters and Raiko, so underrated.
I know, people like classic characters since EoSD to SA, UFO is ok for some people, I think the rating dropped during TD era.

TD: people don't like the OSTs, the gameplay is easy, yet lack of resources.
DDC: Seija probably be the best in this game, even better than Shinmyoumaru herself, because normally, the last stage boss is more popular than penultimate boss. She pulled DDC's popularity and difficulty, that time she reverse the controls is like hell.
LoLK: the characters design is good, it's colorful and elegant, the OST is good, still, people complains about its difficulty.
HSiFS: Okina is the good character here. The reason is probably be Reimu beated up her dog aka. Aunn. The characters is ok, but people doesn't seem to like them, look at Nemuno's place in the vote, even lower than some old characters.
WBaWC: we'll take a look at it soon.

I like Miko, Seija, Junko and Okina, they're the best of each series, I also like Futo and Hecatia.
People still stuck at early Touhou era, when EoSD, PCB, IN and MoF was popular, so, they're disappointed at the new series.
I like Tsukumo sisters so I don't care about those people, I want to see WBaWC for some new 2hus.

characters like Sakuya, Remi, Flan, Yuyuko, Youmu, Mokou, Reisen, Yukari etc...
are popular just because majority of people start by EoSD, PCB or IN
but for game like UFO-HSiFS i want more popularity

Kogasa is SO OVERRATED THAT I WANT SEIJA TO FLIP HER POSITION.
Characters in UFO and HSiFS surely deserve more popularity, Byakuren is kicked by some cute waifu, why won't anyone focus on the incident?

I only like when Sanae is harsh to Kogasa. I'm Seija so I don't care.
Kogasa got voted because people like her design, she's more vibrant than the others in UFO cast.
Poor Shou, you deserve better than this.
Kogasa doesn't have empathy for Nemuno, both second stage boss, but Nemuno just sits there waiting for someone to vote.
