Who is the Strongest Characters of Touhou? (in your opinion)

a character who can manipulate time and space, can go at 85 000 km/h, manipulate insanity, have a gun, can summon Kanako and Suwako, have corpses, his a tiger who have boat, can flip your commands, AMERICA, and dance for drain your energy
even Hecatia is too weak lol

Edit: i see Eiki in reality (thx wikia 2hu) is not strong, in battle she can be defeated, she only strong when you are dead for judge you (hell, heaven or reincarnation)

Mokou is 6th
Yukari is 5th
Yuyuko is 2nd
Remilia is 1st

1: how Yuyuko can kill Mokou if she is immortal and fate is more weaker than death because Yuyuko can kill instantly
2: Remilia have some weakness like all vampire
3: Yukari can simply manipulate border of Life and Death and Remi dead because Remi is only like vampire, immortal by age but can be killed (good luck for kill her)

Yay Remi has same strength has Oni and speed of Tengu but she have weakness of all vampires

Mokou, Kaguya and Eirin drink Hourai elixir for being immortal, this elixir make a total immortality, the elixir touch also time and space so you already immortal before you drink it exemple if Sakuya manipulate time and space, Mokou, Kaguya and Eirin don't be stop by the time, that also make your soul immortal that was made by Eirin so she can do everything with medicine, so ppl who drink it are totally immortal, if she manipulate your soul, they survive, if you put them in a black hole, she stuck in but don't die, in conclusion they can't die (that was long) and she only can manipulate soul of dead ppl

I hesitates if i put Marisa in Tier S but meh
