My most least favorite character is Watatsuki no Toyohime and not Yorihime because she has a good design but her personality I support it not I do not know why but I find it more snobbish than Yorihime. Yorihime is 7th in my top it's all that I have to say

I don't know much about the Watatsuki Sisters (I've known Touhou for a few years so I'm late), but I've read some information about them.
They are OVERPOWERED for me. I don't know what ZUN is thinking about them.
...but they aren't the least favorite of mine.

Here's my top 5 least favorite touhou characters
1.Wriggle (I feel like I don't really like her at the first time I saw her, but the fandom just RUINED her, watching her going around raping people?, just. no.)
2.Mystia (Dislike her design, I don't what was I thinking about the dialogs during IN, it doesn't fit her personality traits for me.)
3.Daiyousei (Why is she here in EoSD anyway, just Cirno's friend.)
4.Suwako (Just meh, not a type of goddess I'm thinking about, but lovely design you got there, ZUN.)
5.Mamizou (Not a fan of sly characters, her design is ok, I guess)

Dishonorable Mentions
Cirno (Only famous for a "BAKA" meme, but nice character design and concept)
Tewi (I find her annoying in stories, but I don't mind about her.)

I can't choose my favorite character for my profile, I like both Seija and Koishi, also Nue, Sagume, Utsuho, so I wrote "Eyes of Reasons" for Koishi and use Seija as profile picture.

her design is really cute, perfect

i wanted to read Silent Sinner in Blue and her a example of why she is a b*tch
she tied Yukari (the best girl) and Ran for punish them (no nasty stuff plz)
and Toyohime win because she threatened Gensokyo, if this b*tch never do that Yukari would win, because Yukari is more smarter than her

As for the very bottom it should be no surprise that earning the fan nickname "moonbitch" would not bode well for one's reputation. I do actually make a distinction between the two sisters. While Yorihime is wildly OP, at least she wasn't involved in this lovely exchange and i love her:
