touhou sky arena english patch anyone?

so i have been playing touhou sky arena for a long time. but i want the game to be in english, so i asked shrinemaiden.org but they removed the post and banned me multiple times. i hope this fourm wont be the same. anyway if you have a patch here are the requrements.






must not requre UAC (my pc account is not admin)
must be on mega or google drive
must atleast try to upload support for touhou sky arena on thcrap
