Call me Kuriz. I totally didn't come from MoTK. I suck at these games. I've never beat a Touhou until recently when I beat PoDD on easy. (I got luck and Yumemi got hit once by lv2 attack and that was all I needed) I like to play IaMP online. Worst Suika in the world. Other than that, there is absolutely nothing remarkable about myself, so you should take your leave and go do something more interesting than reading a post about a guy just registering on a forum. Now for a quick question, if you were unfortunate enough to decide to keep reading, who here likes Seihou? For bonus, who here likes Seihou MORE than Touhou?

The resident Seihou fan here. Welcome!
I feel like I'm alone with this so it's quite (positively) surprising seeing that I am not! I got 1ccs in Shuusou Gyoku and Banshiryuu C67 on all difficulties some years back, and nowadays I play Banshiryuu C67 for score (a bit of messing around with Shuusou Gyoku doesn't really count I'd say). I currently have the highest known score in it, 175,977,870 to be precise. I also really like some of the characters; in fact VIVIT is one of my top tier favourites. I don't think I can really say I like Seihou as a series more than Touhou, but I do value Banshiryuu C67 over any of the Touhou games standalone, simply because I've spent a lot of time in the game and have this experience of developing my strategies (mostly discovered all my own since I'm the only one who scores the game) and slowly improving my score. C67 is my favourite shmup together with Samidare, another Touhou-related doujin shmup.

Oh cool, Seihou fans exist! I play a lot of Kioh Gyoku and the occasional C67 Banshiryuu run. I haven't touched Shuusou in a while and I dunno why. I have not beat a single one of these damn games, but I still love them. I'm so close to beating Kioh, but Morgan burns out my lives and Muse just will not die (Kind of like another scientist I know).
