Results are in! I waited until I got 100 responses, which seemed like a large enough sample size at which point to stop waiting for replies, considering there aren't that many people who actually play the games actively. Overall, the three most liked games are PCB, SA, and IN, respectively. All three got the same amount of favorite votes (16.7% of the sample pool each), so I think it's safe to assume that those 3 are the best liked games from the Western Touhou community! Rating-wise, our winner is Perfect Cherry Blossom!  Which won over Subterranean Animism by a whopping 0.01 score. It was a very close call, and I like to think that both are liked about equally.
