After beating Koishi, who is the hardest boss i've ever faced I decided to try other games like LLS, MS, SoEW and TD on Normal (I've never played them before) You know what? Excluding SoEW because is a bullshit bad game with no focus, no deathbomb, cheap kills and needs more memorization that IWBTG I'd 1cc all others on Normal at 1st try, I hope UFO, DDC and LoLK are not that easy but I ask, Should I beat all the games on Normal before moving to hard? Replay of TD, so you can watch me die stupidly and doing bad scores because I haven't played this game before I cannot upload the replay to gensokyo.org because Avast hate that website Replay

I, personally, beat all the windows games (except PoFV and LoLK(because it wasn't out yet)) on normal before moving to hard, but that was because I like completing things and not because I wasn't ready. I'd say you should give hard a shot, and if you find yourself not having fun because it's too hard or frustrating, spend some more time on normal. If you are going to start on hard, I'd suggest EoSD or PCB, they seem like good starting points for the difficulty.

If you can do Koishi, I think you can handle some Hards. PCB, IN, DDC, and TD are probably nice places to start.

Avast is pretty cancerous for having us do this, but it can't be helped. Yeah, definitely move onto Hard. You're definitely capable of 1ccing them all, it just depends on how much effort you put into them. Try 'em all out.

I've already beaten IN on Hardo modo with Reimu Solo,Youmu Solo, Netherworld Team and Malice Bug Team The true reason is the only hard game i've beaten it's because doing that unlocked an Last word or something Two years ago I was even training Lunatic mode just because I wanted to unlock Stage 6B Spells to beat them all but Stage 4 was (and is) too hard for me

Don't hate on SoEW; it plays like any other classic vert scroller and it's actually not very hard compared to the classics. :] Hard mode in Touhou will make you play better so yes, if you feel up to it, give it a shot!!!

I've started Hard EoSD and Patchouli and Sakuya spells seem too hard, I'll have to abuse bombs and practice mode in order to beat this. I hope I can 1cc the game in a month or less

Patchy's spells are complete BS. Sakuya's spells are a lot easier once you know how to do them. Same goes for her mid boss spell. If you need any help with EoSD feel free to ask, Its the only 2hu Im 'good' at :^) Also spamming practice might seem 'easy' but there really isnt any other way to progress. Its either spam credits or spam practice.

If you need any help with EoSD feel free to ask, Its the only 2hu Im 'good' at :^) I'm somewhat getting used to patchy nonspells and Sakuya spells but definetely hard is a lot harder than normal ¿How am I supposed to beat [Hell Sign "Mountain of a Thousand Needles"], [Wood Sign "Green Storm"] and [Maid Secret Skill "Killer Doll"]? Here is a replay of me trying to 1cc the game: ReplayAlso spamming practice might seem 'easy' but there really isnt any other way to progress. Its either spam credits or spam practice. Yeah I miss an spell practice mode to practice some spells from stage 4 and extra. After this game I think I'll continue playing the new games on normal (SoEW, UFO, DDC, LoLK)

Patchy's nons are easiest when you bottom hug. There is a really safe method for the 2nd non but it takes a little bit of practice to get right, it also offers the most score . Thousand needles will take some practice. Its a hard card to read and the rice/knives arnt always aligned the way you would thing so it requires constant adjustment. Green storm can be a little bit intimidating. I usually do it higher up with ReimuB. You get a lot of shot gun damage this way and there tends to be less bullets coming from the sides. You will have to react faster to the bullets that come out of patchy though. Killing Doll is complete BS. Its the 2nd hardest spell in the game, just behind Emerald Megalith. I would almost always Auto bomb it. If you do want to cap it then then only real help I can give you is to move past the blue knives quickly so they dont get in the way when you try to dodge the green. But dont feel bad about not been able to cap it. It is complete BS. If you want a spell practice of sorts you can use a program called SpoilerAL to jump to certain spells. It does require you to run with the Jap version of the game (Or it will crash) so you will need to use AppLocale or change system Locale to Jap or something. If your interested Ill send the links tomorrow morning. Ill also take a look at your replay tomorrow morning and provide some feed back. Good luck with practice

Wow that was quick. Was a good run too. Your already better at using bombs than I am w. Lunny is a large step up from hard. It will require a lot of grinding to learn all the patterns/routes to follow. If you go for it the best of luck. Seeing as I can't sleep I'll send the links for spoilerAL now, I'll pm them. I might make a thread with all the links at some point and an explanation on how to read it (the EoSD one anyway). Good luck with your next project
