Those pics are far too true, and I can relate them with my own battle with depression.
Having people around you to talk to and to spend time with is one of the single most helpful things when you're fighting it. It's so easy to shy away and hide, but there are plenty of us out there who will want to help. It's also a lot easier to confront those doubts when you have someone by your side, reassuring you.

I'm of the type that finds it hard to be optimistic about these kind of things. Especially when there were two occurrences last month when two people I thought I was really close to really, really, really crushed me. The second one who did that is currently trying to fix things with me, but the scars are still here and will never go away.
Will I really get help? I doubt it...
