Well, let's start with Day 1!
Favourite Touhou Character
Well, as my sorter indicates, it's kind of tie between two characters: Flandre Scarlet and Daiyousei. To go into detail with Flan... Well, I absolutely love her story, I think she's pretty interesting and she's probably one of the first video game characters I fell in love with. Plus those crystal wings are pretty cool. As for Dai, well, fairies have kind of been my thing always, but besides that, the reason why I like Dai so much it's because I'm a writer. Dai is a pure blank slate for me to write anything I want on it. Build her personality, her backstory, her relationships, her powers... And I really like that. I love characters that give this kind of freedom to write stuff about them.
(Also one question, Hourai. On Day 9, what exactly do you mean by "look like". You mean physically or...?)

Yeah, physically, like hair length, colour ect. But you can include personality wise.
I like Flandre a lot too! She was one of my first characters and had my first theme!

Isn't it obvious? I love Sanae~
Sanae Kochiya got me into the series early 2013, and I've been a devoted fanboy to her and the entire series since. I just feel like I can relate myself to her quite a bit (helps that everyone relates me to her, too), and well...yeah.

Favorite character is Kanako Yasaka. I'm fond of her business-like approach to gathering followers, really admire some of the stuff she's pulled off in the past, and love her design to boot. Second and third favorites are Lunasa Prismriver and Toyosatomimi no Miko. The former because I really like her design (pretty much was the entire reason PCB was my first Touhou), her calm personality, and because Violins are cool. The latter because I find her hilarious, love her design, and that FABULOUS pose in HM.  And I guess these too. |

MIKO IS SO FUCKING FABULOUS! No, but really, she is awesome. And Kanako has the best theme in Touhou. Lunasa is awesome too.

Layla and TOJIKO
because I like ghost girls
and Layla's freggin cute and I imagine her being really sweet and the like (she's heavily sentimental in staying in the mansion her family grew up in)
And TOJIKO's just as adorable and is a badass and punches people with fists of punches. And Thunder. Like Lugie from that Super Star Saga game.

2) Orange
I wouldn't necessarily have a character I could definitively put here, but I really do think Orange takes the cake. The character is pointless, has no personality, no purpose. For a boss, there must at least be some reason for them to exist, or even tie in with the story. Orange has neither. She doesn't fit in with the setting, and her design is superseded by Meiling's. There truly is nothing that sets her apart, which is what I dislike so much about her.
