Official Board Suggestion thread - For other Shmups

In this thread people can suggest a board for both Touhou fangames and other shoot 'em ups, I want to ask people to suggest boards in which people are willing to participate and to add scores to. (So games that you do expect that will be played, you may suggest games that may not be as played, but you might have a chance those get rejected or if they get approved just don't get many or even any replies.)
There is one important rule: You must help with the template of the board, expecting us to magically make up a template wouldn't work out so well.
On another note, We've always done work with certain members of the community moderating the boards, so for the Touhou fangame and non-Touhou shmups boards we would like a group of people to volunteer. If we find out boards have died out because one of the people that did volunteer doesn't do their job anymore the board will be deleted but the scores will be transferred (with the new submissions as well) for the new board for the same game.
Also as for the volunteers, only a few will be chosen out of the list if the list becomes big, if you're on the list you are not yet volunteering, but in the process of waiting for reply, at some point this can close; you should take your loss if you weren't accepted, last time I wanted a group of people to help for the main boards this was misunderstood, let this be very clear now, this is a given plight rather than a taken right; you only have the plight when we've personally contacted you and given you approval /rather/ than being on the possible volunteers list below.
