"HELLO ONE AND ALL" A voice boomed inside of the room. A stage rose in the center of the room, a small girl with a microphone in front of her. "Wait is this working...?" The girl literally punched the microphone causing an ear splitting noise to deafen whoever was in the room. "Whoops sorry! Umm...Ahem. HELLO ONE AND ALL! TO THE EIENTEI POKEMON LEAGUE TOURNAMENT!" And that's it for that. Anyway so I had the idea of a Pokemon League for Eientei, I know such a great idea right? Riiight? Anywaaay... This tournament will be double elimination and to battle we will use play.pokemonshowdown.com/ We need at least...around 16 people to join in on this, the maximum number of people will be 32 I doubt we will get that many though. Top 8 will be the Eientei pokemon league. Rules: Are subject to change until the tournament starts You must use only one team that one team must have a theme to it. Doesn't matter if that theme is Monotype to Eveelutions but it must have one theme. You may change pokemon and moves freely however you MUST keep the theme the same. And no themes like "I have no theme" GOT IT?! Also I will be joining this as well so I get to suffer with y'all. Evasion AND Sleep Clause are in affect to read what these are here's the link: www.smogon.com/bw/banlist/ Note you can change themes before the tournament. -You may not-have Pokemon with Moody have more then two of the same of Pokemon have any Pokemon of the "Uber" or "Anything goes" tier have any OHKO moves have more then one Pokemon with Spore have any Pokemon which are illegal and or a "Hackmon" -You must-have all Pokemon be level 100 have at least one damaging move in your team say what your theme is when you join the competition As for rewards I will make a custom Pokemon sprite for the 8 who win. And I will also be making the 8 who win their own special custom badges. As for special rewards for the 8 best contestants well that currently remains a mystery. I will see what I can do by the end of this tournament. AND SO IT STARTS.

Well, you can technically use more than just Gen VI, that's why I asked.
Anyway, might I also suggest just using the standard shoddy clauses? Which are Evasion Clause, Sleep Clause, OHKO Clause, Freeze Clause, Species Clause... I know you basically have Species, OHKO, and somewhat of a Sleep Clause, but you should have the full Sleep Clause and definitely have the Evasion Clause. (Also Quick Claw Clause because I hate Quick Claw with a passion)

Getting all your pokemon put to sleep wouldn't be fun...I'll consider it. Freeze is most definitely unneeded unless that person just has the most amazing luck in the world. I mean the highest chance to freeze a mon with a move is...30? I think? Anyway I do agree with the Evasion Clause I don't have that because I honestly completely forgot about it. XD (Quick Claw is not OP therefore I see no reason with banning it...Though it is annoying a lot of the time.) |

I honestly just hope I get enough people in to even do the 16 which would leave 2 people competing for one slot. I suppose I could do it with less, but I'd really prefer 16. |

I think my theme is gonna be Cat-Bird. Meaning I'll only use cat and bird type pokemon. Obviously throw in a exception for pokemon that can learn brave bird. :^)

I decided my theme will be "mons with moves you had to transfer from older games to get until ORAS movw tutors were made available".
Its wordy, specific, and still lets me work with a lot of the mons I'm used to. Whats not to like.
