New badge consistency rule, the text must state the rank in the format "[ Rank Name ]" without the quotation marks only. No more having names next to the rank (and therefore no name alone for staff). Also, since we didn't announce it properly before, custom badges should all be 150px wide from now on.
We'll give it a month or so for people who still want custom badges to re-request and switch, and then those that still have the old style of text will lose their badges.
