you can't get the last two, they're event only You can get Amatsukaze from the 3-5 boss node but it's a rare drop I've been running 2-2 a lot trying to get Hamakaze to drop but no luck :< Also really want Hiei to complete my Kongou class set & pretty much all the subs (i-8 & i-19 <3) |

You select them from the quests section. I'd advise using KanColle Viewer if you aren't already, it tells you which quests you have active (in English)
