Just upgraded Fusou to Kai!  Nice I decided to go through the quests to unlock LSC today. Got Mutsu from the minimum amount construction, then Maruyu  , well I wanted a sub. Got a Fusou drop just before finishing for the day \o/ |

She was pretty much a rare one to get out of all in world 2... |

I got her from the 2-3 boss node. Tried her out in a few sorties & exercises, she does good damage. I suck at resource management, don't have enough steel to repair some botes. Expeditions today I guess. Did manage to build Kaga with what little steel I had left though :>  |

I don't even have anymore Dev Material to build one! |

Best way to get dev materials are from daily quests, for the equipment crafting ones 10,10,10,11 usually fails & gives you your dev mat back as well as the ones for completing the quests.
