My favorite official manga is "The Wild and Horned Hermit". I love Kasen and how Marisa and Reimu are portrayed. They're a bunch of dorks.
As for doujinshi, "Liar" by Mitsunara because I love the way Marisa and Alice's is portrayed there (pretty in character, imo) and the introspective bits about it. And "Research on a Certain Flower" by Nakatani Nio because it's a pretty solid and interesting take on Yuuka's backstory seen through Marisa's eyes.

My favorite Touhou manga is probably Forbidden Scrollery and Silent Sinner in Blue. I also like Ibarasen too. I need to read up on the three fairies of light tales too.
I would cosplay as Meiling or Yumemi in a sort of male modified outfit.
