I agree with this. Though I swear you guys are overcomplicating things. Imo, all you need is for the 2 people involved to agree on a conversation, decide the person posting it, post it and get the other person to Fukiri to confirm that they agreed to the convo- Done.

This is more of an update than anything else, but I'll be adding this rule to the RP post:

"If someone fails to post for 3 consecutive rotations without a valid reason or warning, there will no longer be a waiting period for that person and their characters will be up for claiming once again."

I don't see the necessity of a rotation. I would give people some time to post, but if your interaction is independent of someone, and the passage of time isn't too drastic, then you should be able to post when you feel is appropriate.

That sounds kinda cool, Koishi, but it might not be a good idea to have two RP's running at the same time. Doing one is usually all a person can handle timely at one time.

Not to infringe on anyone's writing style, but can someone provide with me a legit list of Japanese honorifics, and their meaning?
I looked it up on wikipedia, but the definitions there seem to not apply to how some are being used in the RP.

Before starting, it's important to say that there is a difference between using the honorifics on a surname/name basis. When you use, for instance, -san with someone's surname, it shows you're not close, as there's still a certain amount of formality between you. If you use it with the person's first name, however, it may meant that you either are a bit closer, or you're close but you've chosen to use the -san because you find it more mature than using -chan/-kun.
 

Japanese honorifics:

San - pretty much the same as Mr., Miss or Mrs with the difference that it's not uncommon for, say, high-schoolers to use it with their classmates and the likes. Like I said, it can also be used among friends if you want to sound more mature or still show respect for that person.

Chan - the informal honorific, it works as a diminutive of someone's name. You only use this among friends (females, usually) and children. If you use this with someone who isn't close to you, or someone you don't like, it acquires a sarcastic, mocking meaning as it would be interpreted as you calling them a kid or just as being too informal and therefore rude.

Kun - it's more informal than -san but more formal than -chan. It's generally uses by someone who's hierarchically superior to refer to someone who's hierarchically inferior, being it someone who's a junior to you in school, a certain sport or school club. It may also be used between male friends to refer to one another. Even though it's usually used towards males, it can also be used towards females by male seniors.

Sama - the most respectful honorific you can use with someone. When you use this you're humbling yourself towards the person and acknowledging them as someone who stands in a higher ground of importance than you.

Dono - archaic honorific that can mean "master" or can be used to refer to someone who has the same rank as you but you want to show some extra respect towards them. (I made Youmu use this because it sounded more samurai-ish, since she sometimes uses archaic words in her speech like "onushi" which means "you", but in retrospect -san probably works better when she's talking to Reimu and the gang, so I'll probably use -san from now on).

These are probably the only ones who will be used here, except for the -kun, I just added it there because I felt like it.
