I'm writing stages of Seija's personallity by the length of her horns.
No horns: Maybe they forgot to draw them.
Small/tiny: Usually cute.
Normal: Can be anything she wants to be.
A bit long but not that long: Trollish
Long: A bit aggressive but can be anything more than that.
Very long: Super agressive or you can say WTF. (See: My art.)
