i like the komeijis, but that might have been obvious already. i find their designs, abilities, and personalities (if you can even consider koishi to have a personality) to be really cool!
the scarlet sisters are a second. i have always liked vampires in fiction!

for Tsukumo and Prismriver sisters, it's Lunasa and Benben who is why i love her i also like Yatsuhashi, Lyrica and Merlin but i hesitates who i prefer between Lunasa and Benben

I think Youmu has a very high chance to be the first because of WBaWC, but it'll be hard because Reimu will always be first. I mean leave Koishi in 2014. I listen to Alcest but I can't understand what they really talk about because I don't know French, I just listen to them because their music is calm, most of them.
