So... it means that most last stage bosses and penultimate bosses are important.
It's okay if you didn't include DDC here. I found UFO, TD, MoF and PCB more important, since serious incidents are better than a revolution.

That would be accurate if it was based on the story, but people aren't going to make it happen.

That's why Kanako,Byakuren,Miko,Eirin,Okina and many other important character are so low on the vote, I understand that some people don't like their designs.
For me, they have elegant design, that's what goddesses should be. Comparing Junko to Cirno will make you see the difference.

I found a comment on danbooru complaining about DDC, they say that the reason why Wakasagihime,Sekibanki,Kagerou look different to Benben,Yatsuhashi,Seija,Raiko,and Shinmyoumaru is that the first 3 stages are less developed than the last 3 stages (including EX Stages). I do like Sekibanki but she didn't deserve to be high on the vote.

Kogasa is the only less developed character in UFO, since Nazrin and Icirin have something to do about the incident.

It's fair for Seija to freezes at around 30th position, she's the real cause of incident but she's just a troublemaker, unlike Yuyuko,Byakuren,Miko who did serious incidents on purpose.

Lol. Thanks for helping my Amanojaku! She can be that high on the list, I forgot about ISC where she's playable, I liked her so much I want to vote for her every year.

Kogasa's on the 19th position, I understand that people like how cute she is, I also do but she should be lower since she's just a SCARY UMBRELLA.
Same goes to the Komeiji Sisters, they have cute design and a little sad story but they should be lower.

The vote that based on the stories would have stage 1-4 and EX characters to be low on the list because they are like minor companions.

Seija would be high on the list since she cause 2 incident (revolution and defeating the sages) unlike Shinmyoumaru who's just Seija's tool.
I would like to see Seija as a playable character in Spin-offs, imagine if she pulled out Nimble Fabric and dodged your attacks. She has a lot of cheat items.

Seija dislike this but it reversed.
