I don!t really have much problem with Mai and Satono, Okina’s last spell is true hell.
Shinmyoumaru is nothing compare to Okina.

Flandre always break her sister everytime she plays.
Yukari is too strong.
Eirin is the STRONGEST. (Cirno disliked it)
Kanako is better.
Utsuho will burn Koishi.
Byakuren will punish Nue, she will be Namusan'd.
Mamizou is a little more powerful.
Shinmyoumaru should be higher than Raiko in the strongest rank.
IDK who is stronger but I could be destroyed by them.
Okina is equal to herself.

Stage EX is not that overrated, just look at Nue, Mamizou, Raiko, Hecatia(?).
They deserves a little more attention.
But for Flandre and Koishi, why...
They seems to like Kogasa, Do Your Best, Kogasa.

Flandre and Koishi have backstory, cute design, EX stage, cool theme
Flandre have personality but i don't see personality in wikia of Koishi

They should vote the protagonists.
But newer games like TD, DDC, LoLK, HSiFS deserves more love.
Yes, she is overrated.
At least Seija is balanced in her popularity, a protagonist in ISC and possible villain of DDC (along with Shinmyoumaru).

Seriously, Momiji appears less time than Byakuren, why Momiji is higher on the list?
