IN Boss Rush Patch

This is static (non-SpoilerAL) boss rush patch for IN. It is not tested for thcrap compatibility. Static english patch is assumed.

Installation:

Place th08.dat into the game folder. Do not forget to backup your original th08.dat.

Changelog:

Version 1.00:

• Removed stage portions (all midbosses are present, as well as the Death Fairy right before Mokou)
• For compatibility with Touhou Toolkit, spellcard names have single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") while playing through the game normally or using Stage Practice, but not while using Spell Practice

Known bugs:

• Some slight cosmetic glitches (won't be fixed)
• Results menu and Spell Practice menu display spellcard names inconsistently; specifically, spellcard name will be displayed with single-quotes if it was last played during the playthrough or during Stage Practice, but if it was last played using Spell Practice, name will be displayed with double-quotes (won't be fixed)

This script is post-and-preprocessor for thecl.exe (works with EoSD, PCB and IN, but human-readable instruction names are available only for EoSD).
