New rule regarding Skype chats, and main skype group upgrade

Recently we have received reports of people breaking general rules of the Code of Conduct in the Eientei skype chats. The rule broken in this case was discrimination (rule 1). The CoC applies to all officially affiliated Skype chats where the admins of Eientei manage the chat. Thus, skype chats are now explicitly mentioned in the Eientei forum CoC.
(Possible other chat only rules are being discussed)
Thus, the current chat will need to be upgraded to a moderated chat. On Friday the 17th of April 2015 (the following Friday from the time of this post) everyone would be moved from the old Eientei Skype chat, to a new chat. (Skype doesn't allow chats to be "upgraded" so a new upgraded one must be made, and people added to it.)
The old chat would be disbanded in the following two days after Friday the 17th.
An Eientei IRC has also been made, and will be installed onto the forum, replacing the shoutbox in the following weeks. (More information will be given in the IRC announcement)

Any chat with an Eientei mod/admin as it's chat "master" with obvious affiliation with the forum, would be considered an 'official' skype chat, and thus would also fall under the jurisdiction of the general rules of the CoC. Any chat that has "Eientei" in the name, is obviously affiliated with the members of Eientei, and has staff in it is considered part of the forum.
(If you are unsure how to behave in a chat, asking the leader of said chat is always a viable course of action.)
