I Thought Dark Messenger wasn't a final boss theme Final Fantasy IX Final Boss is lame so it doesn't count as one to me. Trance Kuja will always be the final boss in my heart. :v |

My favorite final boss themes would have to be Xenoblade Chronicles' final boss themes. I'm not naming or linking to those two songs - their names spoil one of the game's biggest plot twists, and I refuse to spoil one of the best JRPGs in recent memory.
