SanaeB is at the top of the bombing category because she possesses a bomb that makes ReimuC in SA completely jealous. She has the ability to essentially bombskip every spell in the game that isn't Air Scroll, Fantastica, and whatever Nue throws at her due to the sheer amount of power it has. And because she can move during the spell's long startup period, she can easily shotgun the boss unfocused. Oh, and she's invincible during all this. Now without bombs, she's still good. ReimuA and MarisaA edge her out due to having stronger shotguns.
Now let's talk some more.

SanaeB's bomb has a 950~1150 DPS, which pretty much makes it the most damaging bomb of the Second Windows Era, winning against Marisa's bombs in MoF by 50. (Actually every single one of TD's bombs deal more damage, considering you keep shooting during their duration.)
While shotgunning, SanaeB's damage at LV4 is about 200~225 DPS, which is, once again, the most DPS of all SWE games (only Youmu and Marisa's Trance Shots have more DPS, at 300).
If you want to survive after deathbombing, ReimuA's bomb is the best one, with its 390 invincibility frames. The 2nd shottype in UFO with the most invincibility frames is MarisaA's, with 340. The 3rd one is, ONCE AGAIN, SanaeB, with 310 frames.
On Byakuren's final spellcard, the bullet erasing area is reduced. Funnily enough, MarisaB's bomb is the best one for this spell, since it erases all bullets on screen, no question. ... SanaeA's bomb does the same thing.
Speaking of MarisaB, it's spellcard only has 210 DPS and 200 invincibility frames. Which is the lowest DPS and frames on UFO. (ReimuA's bomb can deal 150 DPS, but that's assuming you miss completely with it.)

EDIT: Second easiest! SanaeA is better since she actually causes damage with her shot. Sanae wins again~
EDIT2: Then again, MarisaB has higher DPS...
