The Most Touhou? What is that?
Basically the point of this thread is to discuss songs that invoke a touhou-ish feeling. You get to choose between every song ZUN has ever made, HOW FUN?
Have you ever listened to a Touhou song and thought that this song sounds so very touhou-ish? Well, leave a reply and tell us all about it! A reason why should be given too. Is it the way the song is arranged? A particular melody in the song? You just feel it? Go ahead.
As for me, here is what I think...
1. Theme of Eastern Story
This is the what many people think of as the official theme of Touhou. In fact, the way you say 'Eastern' in Japanese is guess what? Touhou. So it might as well say Theme of Touhou Story. (It's called Theme of Eastern Story because the Japanese is just katakana-ized English...) The melody of this song is very much present in much of the title and some of the ending themes throughout the Touhou series, you practically hear it everytime you open up a game. When you think Touhou, you'll probably think of the sort of melody that comes from this song.

2. Eternal Shrine Maiden
The song that started it all. ZUN himself says that this song is one of the most important songs of the PC-98 era, and even now it's important. This is the very first stage theme you hear, and it is the starting point of ZUN's musical composition. It has an oddly dark feeling it, but it sounds nice nonetheless.

3. Judgement in the Sixtieth Year ~ Fate of Sixty Years (Arrangement from Seasonal Dream Vision)
Quote from ZUN: "Somewhat nostalgic, somewhat cute, and leaving no unpleasant feelings behind. Out of all my songs, I don't think there are many that are this "Touhou-like"."
I can agree with this comment. It sounds very touhou-like. The Yama of Xanadu, or Yama of Paradise. This is corresponds with one of Reimu's titles "Shrine Maiden of Paradise". I consider this to be the full version of Fate of Sixty Years because well... it has an ending, and a great one at that.

Some other mentions...
There's the obvious Retribution for the Eternal Night ~ Imperishable Night, and Bamboo Forest Under the Full Moon, but there are some others ones besides those. Gensokyo Millenium ~ History of the Moon, Illusionary Joururi, and A Soul as Red as a Ground Cherry.
