I'm just gonna do some Team Reviews by request. Wen Yang: Keine - Early-game tank, one of the best in the game. Has Trust to act as a backup healer, and Headbutt is a good close-range nuke. Should benefit from early Support Defense and Support Attack, providing Carryover Data.
Flandre - Destruction incarnated. Insane damage output, potential shotgunning, and Destructive Power. Kinda lacks in avalibilty, but should be a great help. Kind of MP heavy.
Youmu - Earlygame unit. Mid dodge, mid tank. Really lacking availability on the 2nd game, but is a great help onwards, due to gaining better skills and a 25% chance to dodge all attacks.
Remilia - Early 3rd Game unit. Benefits from S Rank Night. Great damage output, and good mobility. Plus Valor. Valor is always great.
Rumia - Early 1st game unit, last through the entire draft. While kinda lacking on the first game, her potential to cause Night Terrain around her really benefits the S Rank Nighters. Plus biting people. Demarcation is fucking great.
Kurumi - Early 2nd game unit, benefits from Rumia's Night Field. Really squishy, but can become a great unit with proper use. ... just don't let her near any boss.
Mokou - Early 2nd game, Mid 3rd game. Effectively has two lifebars due to her resurrection ability. Her dodging and tanking capabilities aren't the best, though. And she doesn't have the best nukes.
Meiling - Great tank, with Grit and Guard. Early 2nd game and should last through the whole game. Benefits from support bonus from Sakuya. Give her all the Oni's Nail.
Sakuya - Early 2nd Game. Private Square is OP. It'll always be OP. Even outside of Soku, it's still OP. Sakuya has good dodging capabilities, but Private Square + Luna Dial enchances that even further. Plus she's really ammo based, so you don't need to worry about MP. Benefits from Shotgunning.
Momiji - Probably the best tank, due to having Grit, Guard and Shield Defense. Her power is kind of lacking, and she is MP intensive, though. Mid 2nd Game.
Aya - Mid 2nd Game. Probably the best dodger in the game. Insane Dodge stat, Insane mobility. Don't expect her to hit hard, though. Chances are she can dodge some of Yorihime's attacks... Maybe.
Yuyuko - Early 3rd game. Has a pretty much infinite SP pool. Plus Sense. 1+1, kids? Can somewhat dodge, and has an instant kill ability. ... That does not work on bosses obviously.
Lily - Late 2nd game. Early 3rd game. Really good backup healer, although she'll never be as good as Dai. Has a MAP Attack.
Letty - Late 2nd AND 3rd game. Haven't really used her so I can't tell, sorry.
Hina - Mid 2nd game, Early 3rd game. Has an ability that gives her a damage boost the more spaces she moves. Give her all the Tengu equipment + Shimesawa and watch her fly through the battlefield and do insane damage. Gets Sacrifice for even more damage.
Mystia - Early 3rd game. Benefits from S Rank Night. Probably the best support unit due to her songs.
Kaguya - Late 3rd. Haven't used her. She has Fire Rat's Robe and very little dodge so she's somewhat of a tank...? Plus HP and MP regen.
Tewi - Late 3rd. Really good dodger. Has insane luck with her dodges (that's like, literally her ability). Not really good for anything else since her power is really lacking. Relick:
Yuuka - Early 3rd game, but VERY bad availabilty. Insane nuke, has Copy Images.
Remilia - Early 3rd Game unit. Great damage output, and good mobility. Plus Valor. Valor is always great. Lack of Rumia will hurt her in the long run, due to terrain ranks decreasing on non-Night terrain.
Nitori - Early 1st Game, bad availabilty on the 2nd Game, Early 3rd Game. Early tank, access to Guard and Snipe later on. On the 2nd Game keep her on Full Armor at all costs.
Mima - See Yuuka, minus the Insane Nuke and Copy Images part. Her Magic Barrier will make her really benefit from Support Defending people, since it has a 2600 damage threshold. Has MP Regen (S)
Suwako - Early 3rd Game. Good mobility, has Trust to act as a backup healer. Can nerf a boss's defense. Lack of friendship bonus from Sanae will hurt her in the long run, though. Combination Attack with Kanako.
Kanako - Early 3rd Game. Really good tank, with Grit. Good damage output. Lack of friendship bonus from Sanae but has a Comb Attack with Suwako.
Elly - Early 2nd Game. Not really a good tank, lacks in power but she has Grit.
Yukari - Early 3rd Game. Good nuke, Quadruple Barrier makes her a really good tank.

Has Miracle as a costly Spirit command. Somewhat good finishers and benefits from Shotgunning. Has a 10% Friendship Bonus with Reimu.

Shou - Late 2nd Game. Good tank, with access to Grit. Has a severe lack of firepower and range, though.
Reisen - Late 3rd Game. Good dodger, has access to Snipe and her attacks have quiet a wide range. Lacks the support of S Rank Night for Lunatic Blast.
Lily - Late 2nd game. Early 3rd game. Really good backup healer, although she'll never be as good as Dai. Has a MAP Attack.

Since I just did stages 1-7, posting current run. Feel free to use the template for your own logs.
Stage 1: 3/3 turns WP Bonus: 1 Total Turns: 2
Easy map. Reimu got all kills.
Reimu - Mobility+1, Unfocused Move+1
Stage 2: 3/6 turns WP Bonus: 2 Total Turns: 4
Youmu and Reimu hogged the kills here. Rumia suicided on EP3.
Reimu - Mobility+1, WP+20
Stage 3: 8/14 turns WP Bonus: 3 Total Turns: 11
Marisa blocked Sakuya from escaping, then it's a matter of forming up and blowing her up. Keine got the kill via Headbutt.
Keine - MP+3, WP+20
Stage 4: 4/18 turns WP Bonus: 4 Total Turns: 14
Everything died by 3 EP, Which triggered Rumia, and Youmu countered her to trigger the event. She dropped the next turn.
Youmu - MP+2, Mobility+2, WP+20
Stage 5: 6/24 turns WP Bonus: 5 Total Turns: 19
Aya was helpful, weakening things to kill. Elly herself fell REAL fast since Keine landed a crit headbutt for 6500+.
Reimu - MP+2 Youmu - Unfocused Move+1 Rumia - MP+2

Not hard. A giant cucumber followed by a couple hits did Cirno in.

Liberally used bombs to weaken stuff. Sanae got shooed off on turn 2, and Marisa Master Sparked Momiji's ass on turn 3.

The danmaku was ANNOYING, so I wiped Kurumi on turn 4. Koakuma fell on 6, though Patchy's triple-lifebar took 2 more turns to drop.

Dai clears left, Rumia clears right, everyone else gangs on Sakuya. I had Marisa Master Spark Yuuka at PP6 before dropping Sakuya for the WP.

Didn't have much issue with the stage in general, but And then there were none took the most time due to having to time it out >_<
GST - Kou Team Review:
Reimu: MVP. I don't think she took any actual non-graze damage all game, and her damage output is decent, even if others still outdamage her often.
Marisa: Her good base move + Accel means she's my go-to person for any situation that requires someone to get somewhere FAST. Her MP issues are much less pronounced after she got the Grimoire and full MP upgrades.
Keine: Tanks hits like a boss, hits like a truck. Has some occasional accuracy issues, and durability issues against Remi and Flan, but otherwise superb. Those Headbutts~
Youmu: Decently evasive, and while she had range issues damage was never an issue. I think she saved me at least a couple turns on bosskilling thanks to her high damage.
Rumia: Mostly cleans up, though I had her kill a couple bosses just so my remaining heavy hitters don't waste their move and are ready for the boss's next spellcard instead. Overall decently useful, though she has next to no durability against heavy hitters like Remi and Flan.
Daiyousei: Healbot.

Alright, I started. This game is pretty fun! Progress (Stages 1-7): Stage 1 Turns: 3/3 WP: 1/1
Reimu charged as far south as she could and killed stuff. Didn't enter any fields but countered everything to death anyway. Keine came way too late to do anything useful.

Everybody charged north. Youmu and Reimu were focused on taking Rumia down. Keine was too slow but she did get a kill for some EXP, at least.

Stage 3 Turns: 5/11 WP: 1/3
Reimu headed north, Marisa and Keine charged northeast (towards Sakuya) while Nitori and Alice headed east. With two uses of Accel, Marisa reached Sakuya on turn 3 and attacked from 4 squares (Narrow Spark range to counter Sakuya). Reimu cleaned up the enemies in the north and Alice took care of the east. On turn 5, Marisa was drained of MP and used a bomb to clear the field, allowing Keine to charge and murder Sakuya with Headbutt (4k damage~).

Keine stuck around with Akyuu and killed stuff that tried to attack her. Akyuu bombkilled an enemy for the WP. Reimu headed north -> east while Youmu spammed Accel and headed east -> north. Last fairy fell at turn 3 while Youmu was in Rumia range, triggering the Fantasy Heaven at Enemy Phase. Youmu and Reimu easily finished off Rumia in turn 4.

Everybody charged to the west to kill stuff. Youmu spammed Accel and engaged Elly at turn 5. Rumia stayed at the northern section, getting hit, counterattacking, and killing two of the northern enemies with a single bomb. Reimu, Youmu, and Keine charged to kill Elly.

Everybody charged to Cirno, of course. Youmu and Marisa abused Accel for the first two turns. Cirno was engaged on turn 3. The units were positioned in preparation for Perfect Freeze, which activated on turn 4. Units outside of the Perfect Freeze can walk freely into the Perfect Freeze and attack Cirno. Marisa got a lucky Magic Missile crit on Cirno, ending the stage with 54 MP remaining.

Stage 7 Turns: 2/27 WP: 1/7
Marisa used an Accel and went to the magical spot direct northwest of Momiji, biring a bomb to hit Momiji, Sanae, and four generics. Cirno and Dai ganged up on Sanae and scared her away. Youmu Accel'd to the south and cleared everything there, with some help from Alice. Keine headed east to clear the enemies stupid enough to engage her. Nitori and Rumia cleared the enemies in the northwest. Reimu charged ahead at 500 HP and drew in some generics. Marisa countered with Witch's Leyline and Illusion Laser, making sure to have enough MP for a turn 2 Stardust Reverie. At the start of turn 2, only Momiji and a generic remained. Dai cleared the generic, while Reimu, Cirno and Marisa ganged up on Momiji and finished her off.

With Support attack she really speeds up bosskilling, and still massacres mooks like no tomorrow. Also zero survival issues due to never getting hit at all. Marisa: Arguably even more important than Reimu for LTCing due to her high base Move + Accel. Being more able to spam her attack also help, since multiple Master Sparks help drop bosses FAST. Keine: Still tanky, still hits hard, but starting to lag behind the rest of the gang. Still very useful regardless. Youmu: Next to no availability in game 2, but hits extremely hard and is fast thanks to Accel. Still valuable and crucial. Rumia: After her upgrade, she annihilates entire mookswarms without blinking an eye and even puts a dent on bosses. Survival is still somewhat of an issue against bosses though. Daiyousei: Heal/Cheer/Blessbot. Mokou: Practically acts like a second Reimu at times. Great damage and never has survival issues. Is rather heavy on MP use though. Sakuya: Being completely ammo-based means she gets to wreck mobs with wild abandon. Great evasion despite L Size, which means she gets extra damage to boot. Finisher needs planning to use, but heavy damage makes up for it. Sanae: At high fate levels, she easily matches Reimu. Getting her there is the issue. Also a total MP Hog, which means I mostly use amulets for mooks to save MP. Momiji: Re-defines tankiness due to being tanky AND possessing Shield Defense. Damage is decent, but has range and MP issues. Nazrin: Very useful skill, coupled with a decent dodgebot. Crap damage output though. Hina: Great support unit, makes a perfectly nice clean-up unit. Minoriko: Cleans up and gives me bonuses when she levels. Shizuha: Cleans up as well.

New team reviews gooo Relick's team:Nitori - Good tank, with early access to Guard. Joins at early first game. Benefits from Hina's friendship bonus. Recommended Personal Skill: Optical Camouflage Remilia - Joins early 3rd game. Really powerful unit, but will fall flat on the last third of the game due to taking terrain penalties. Recommended Personal Skill: Nightly Empowerment
Alice - Early unit that lasts through the whole game. Has a friendship bonus with Marisa starting on the 2nd game, plus Malice Cannon. Insane Skill and really prone to criticals. Recommended Personal Skill: Danmaku is about skill Patchouli - Early 2nd game unit. Really good sniper with access to Snipe. Benefits from Friendship bonus and combination attack from Koa. Recommended Personal Skill: Unmoving Great Library Yuuka - Insane nuke. Really bad availability. Has Copy Images, Parry and Shield Defense. Broken as fuck. Recommended Personal Skill: Youkai Moe
Koakuma - MP Heal bot. Bonus with Patchy. There. Done. Recommended Personal Skill: Koa-Boost
Mima - Same as Yuuka. Has an incredible defensive barrier for no MP cost. Recommended Personal Skill: The only one she has :V
Suwako - Has Trust for backup healing. Good mobility. Her basic attack is ammo based, but really gets MP heavy after that. Early 3rd Game. Recommended Personal Skill: Goddess of Earth Elly - Early 2nd Game. Has Grit, but it's nowhere as good as a tank as other characters. Recommended Personal Skill: Gatekeeper Yukari - Early 3rd Game. Quadruple Barrier makes her an actually good tank. Has the Dream Seishin. Recommended Personal Skill: Clear Dreams of the All-seeing Girl/Recall Parsee - Late 3rd Game. A really good dodge tank. Has a map attack with friendly fire. Recommended Personal Skill: Jealousy of the Kind Lily - Backup healer. Has a MAP attack. Late 2nd Game. Recommended Personal Skill: Envoy of Spring
Shou - Good tank, has Grit and could benefit from Shotgunning. Late 2nd Game. Recommnended Personal Skill: Devotee of Bishamonten. Yuugi - Greatest tank in the entire 3 games. Late 3rd Game. Recommended Personal Skill: All-breaking Fists Hina - Good mobility. Put all the movement boost items and give her Unfocused Movement. Use the personal skill noted below and watch her damage skyrocket. Recommended Personal Skill: Spin Away Ran - Receives friendship bonuses from Yukari. Somewhat Tank and Dodgetank. Recommended Personal Skill: Shikigami (Ran) Three Fairies - Star and Luna have fields that increase Dodge & Hit Chance. Besides that, keep them combined at all costs. I restarted my run, though the first seven stages didn't change much. Main purpose in restarting was to try persuading Cirno in Stage 6 for her free upgrades, but this wasn't feasible within 5 turns (unless you can customize Dai, like in Marisa route) so I settled with the 4-turn non-upgraded Cirno and moved on. Stages 1-7: Stage 1 Turns: 3/3 WP: 1/1
Reimu charged as far south as she could and killed stuff. Didn't enter any fields but countered everything to death anyway. Keine came way too late to do anything useful.

Reimu headed north, Marisa and Keine charged northeast (towards Sakuya) while Nitori and Alice headed east. With two uses of Accel, Marisa reached Sakuya on turn 3 and attacked from 4 squares (Narrow Spark range to counter Sakuya). Reimu cleaned up the enemies in the north and Alice took care of the east. On turn 5, Marisa was drained of MP and used a bomb to clear the field, allowing Keine to charge and murder Sakuya with Headbutt (4k damage~).

Last fairy fell at turn 3 while Youmu was in Rumia range, triggering the Fantasy Heaven at Enemy Phase. Youmu and Reimu easily finished off Rumia in turn 4.

Units outside of the Perfect Freeze can walk freely into the Perfect Freeze and attack Cirno, allowing them to beat her in that turn.

Formation: Alice, Keine, Marisa, Youmu, Reimu, Dai, Cirno. Marisa and Youmu abused Accel for the first two turns while everyone else tried to catch up. Cirno and Dai started at the back and were mostly cleaning up enemies. Meiling engaged Marisa on turn 2 (with Colorful Rain~). Alice (with Marisa Attack Support), Youmu, and Marisa attacked Meiling on turn 3. On EP3, Meiling got countered and activated her spell while Elly set her danmaku field on Keine (who was advancing) alone. Turn 4, I had Dai bomb to erase Meiling's field on herself as well as Elly's field on Keine. Then Youmu, Reimu, Alice (with Marisa Attack Support), and Marisa attacked to secure the WP, leaving Keine to finish off Meiling. Cirno was essential for clearing enemies with interfering danmaku fields and obtaining the bomb.

The rest of the party charged ahead, with Cirno taking care of the lowermost book. Youmu's Accel allowed her to reach Koakuma quickly, and she focused to enter the field and kill her. Dai used a bomb on Patchy's first spell (second pattern) to get everyone else into position and then they all whacked her to death.

Took me a few tries but it was pretty straightforward. Dai headed east to kill the fairy for a bomb I never used. Marisa charged with Accel, whacking up fairies and Sakuya on the way until she arrived at the range to Master Spark Yuuka at turn 5 for the Mastery. Youmu Accel'd her and helped her up, even abusing Marisa's Support Attack against Sakuya. The rest of the party charged up, distributed kills so that everyone gains enough Power, and then whacked Sakuya to death.

Marisa and Keine's Support Attack skills helped a lot here. I couldn't finish Star of David quickly enough, so I had to endure EP6 without countering Remilia. Which was fine, because Scarlet Gensokyo was quickly dispatched through Youmu Meditation Slash + Reimu Youkai Buster L3 Shotgun Fantasy Seal + Keine Headbutt.

(btw if you're thinking of rigging two crits to kill Sanae, note that for some reason, Luck will not apply to the final yield if you kill her, so keeping Sanae alive while activating Luck yields more points that killing Sanae with or without Luck)

Dai stayed in the middle before realizing that Cirno needed her assistance, so she headed east too. Patchy was easily dispatched by Marisa, Youmu, Alice, and Keine, all tightly packed to optimize Support Attack abuse.

Went all out against Flan-chan and ignored most of the bats. Flan-chan was engaged at turn 2. Laevateinn and Four of a Kind both captured on turn 3, mostly thanks to overpowered Support Attack chains and Youkai Buster L3 Shotgun Fantasy Seal Crit. And Then There Were None was pretty simple. Everybody was prepared and accordingly positioned for Flan-chan's reappearance and went all out on turn 8. Reimu gained 1100 EXP, 25 Graze, and 25300 points after Cheer and Luck, levelling from Lv 14 to 17 from taking Flan-chan down~

I'll write my Draft Analysis after I finish the third game, but I'll just leave my character rankings here: 1. Marisa - Accel abuse reaches bosses quickly, with great range to counter generics on the way. Strong attacks, great Support Attack sniping. Invaluable for LTCing. 2. Youmu - Accel abuse like Marisa, but the range can be annoying when assaulted by long-range enemies. Strong attacks and great durability too! Can abuse Marisa's Support Attack while they both charge ahead of the rest 3. Reimu - If she had Accel, she'd beat Youmu. Amazing range lets her counter all generics, while she still hits bosses hard with Shotgunned Fantasy Seal. Especially with Youkai Buster L3 on Scarlet sisters. 4. Alice - Lacked availability in the first half, but was amazing for the second half, with Shanghai Doll and Proto Malice Cannon. Excellent for sniping enemies alongside Marisa, while they both had abusable Support Attacks (with a third sniper like Cirno). 5. Keine - Great at tanking hits, but offensive capabilities aren't very spectacular until she reaches point-blank range, which takes too long for most later stages. Support Attack didn't help too much either, since most other characters either like to be at point-blank range too or snipe from too far to trigger a Support Headbutt. Useful healing though, which is quite limited here. 6. Cirno - Very useful for cleaning up enemies left behind from the advancing army, with decent evasion and great countering range. Also chips in damage against bosses with long-range attacks, activating Marisa/Alice's Support Attacks. 7. Dai - Heal + Bomb Bot. And her bombs don't even hit very hard >_>

You know that forced scene in Reimu Chapter 4 in which Keine gets hit for 1000 damage? Yeah it's that one. Started Game 2: Chapter 16: Cleared in: 4 turns WP Bonus: Yes Only used Marisa and Reimu because lol wasting graze and EXP. The fairies went down quickly enough, but the kedamas lasted a turn. For Cirno, Reimu bombed away her Danmaku and Marisa casted a Danmaku Power L1 Stardust Reverie. The rest of the party more or less stuck to the central road, positioned for Suika, but they also helped kill some generics. Suika spawned on turn 3 and her nonspell was almost finished (I even told Reimu to not-counter), allowing Koakuma to finish Suika at the start of turn 4. Dai used a bomb to negate the field and then everyone else hammered Suika with their best attacks. Still had idle units at the end. Besides the potatoes who did nothing for the entire stage. Final Draft Team Review: Reimu Hakurei: Being a Main Character, she's an AMAZING unit as expected. Combination of heavy firepower and insane evasion makes her great for mass-clearing mooks and bossing alike, with minimal resources needed. That said, in game 3 her firepower has started to slack off due to the arrival of other super-heavy hitters. Also, she's mostly ammo-based, but her finishers are MP-Based, making resource management easy. Marisa Kirisame: Another Amazing unit. Great base movement + Accel means she gets to go everywhere ahead of most everyone, and usually one of the first to hit the bosses. That said, lack of Focus spirit is a major issue, and sometimes makes her prone to unlucky deaths. Firepower is amazing, but she has some serious MP issues since she runs entirely off MP. Good MP management is crucial to effective Marisa-use. Daiyousei: Dai was, and will always be a crappy combat unit. That said, packing a full support spirit set of Trust + Faith + Cheer + Bless makes her a total bargain since she's an amazing supporter for a mere 1.5 cost. Minamitsu Murasa: The Palanquin Ship is actually a pretty good combat unit. It has reasonably-powered attacks that's greatly boosted by its LL Size, and having 3 spirit pools means you can liberally spam Strike to fix accuracy issues without a second thought. Makes a good finisher to bosses too with Gain and Luck among its spirit set. Rin Kaenbyou: Being a last-stage-only unit, Rin is arguably the less useful of the two. Sure, she can support attack (or initiate them, as in my run), but she's not that hard-hitting. She's dodgy though, so survival is not an issue. Nue Houjuu: Despite worse damage than Orin, Nue is more useful. Her insane Evasion and S-rank Night makes her very survivable, and her Disturbance spirit is INSANELY USEFUL against the final boss. Damage is rather meh though, like mentioned. Keine Kamishirasawa: Keine is amazing, and I don't regret first-picking her. She's by far THE best tank in game 1, and one of the best in game 2 and 3. Her damage was great in game 1 and still good but starting to slack in game 2. That said, in game 3 she gets an upgrade that propels her back to the top end of the damage-dealer list while upping her tankiness to boot. If she has any issue, it's that she has MP issues all over the place. Rumia: I upgraded Rumia a decent bit since I needed her up front in the frontlines to use her Night aura, which is her main reason for EXISTING on my team anyway. That said, she's great for mook-massacre, but useless on bosses since she has no DEFENSIVE spirit whatsoever. Regardless, she was crucial to allow the Scarlet sisters to function at full power, so she's worth the second pick. Flandre Scarlet: The Psycho Imouto is by far, THE best damage dealer in the whole game, capable of wiping out bosses like they're mooks. That said, she has her own drawbacks, namely so-so starting evasion AND durability, and ATROCIOUS MP economy, which means you need investment to really make her shine. Invest in her like I did though, and you'll watch her tear through bosses like they're made out of tissue paper. <3 you Flan-Chan~ Remilia Scarlet: Remilia is probably one of the most well-rounded units around. She combines insane evasion with good durability and heavy damage, making her a true nightmare especially at night. That said, she (and Flan) really suffers on non-night stages, taking MASSIVE penalties unless you either use her sole item slot on a Parasol OR field Rumia and abuse her Night aura. I did the latter and the Scarlet sisters wrecked the game for me. Youmu Konpaku: While Youmu has great damage and Accelerate really ups her usefulness, she suffers from the dual issue of poor MP Economy and major range issues. In games 1 and 2 she remains a powerful force, and manages to hold her own for early game 3. By late game 3 though I tend to use her as an accel-bot more than as a combatant, unless I really need the extra firepower for certain bosses. Sanae Kochiya: Sanae practically plays like a second Reimu, but has worse ranges and serious MP issues. Her Faith meter makes her more powerful but also makes her MP issues WORSE so it's a mixed blessing. That said, she's still a highly effective unit and works well even without heavy resources, so she's worth an early pick. Sakuya Izayoi: Sakuya is pretty powerful. Being L-size and almost entirely ammo-based gives her great endurance in stages and makes her a great mook-clearer, while her damage is good enough to make bosses hurt, especially when coupled with her sky-high critical rate. Her survivability is a bit chance-based, but it's amazing, since Private Square means she can evade ANYTHING regardless of hit rate, and she has enough HP to take a hit or two anyway. Suwako Moriya: As a 3.5 cost unit, Suwako deals sub-par damage. that said, she has a high skill stat and above average crit chance modifier on her attacks so mook-murdering is no issue whatsoever. Her biggest issues is actually the lack of good P moves and meh-ish EN economy. Mishaguji-Sama is amazing. Despite it's lowish power, that attack drops the target's ARMOR stat for the whole turn, making her a perfect initiator against bosses. Fujiwara no Mokou: Mokou is a great unit. She combines good evasion with the ability of not caring if a boss does shoot her down. In fact, shooting her down just makes her angry since she'll just resurrect and activate her level 9 Instinct Dodge skill, making her even dodgier. Her damage is also quite great, though her MP Economy is rather bad. Range issues is not that bad since her ranged attack has good damage and reasonable cost. Yuyuko Saigyouji: Yuyuko is arguably one of the best sniper-type units in the game. Her attacks cover a broad range while her P attacks are very good to boot, and her L-size gives them more oomph. Great evasion is paired with more than enough HP to tank multiple hits, which makes her very durable, and economy-wise her attacks all have reasonable costs which allow her to more freely spam them. Great unit all around. Momiji Inubashiri: Momimo is a GREAT Tank. Sadly, that's about all she is. Her damage is ok but her range issues are painful, and her MP economy has some issues to boot. Great for making sure other people stay alive, but not as good at the killing part, sadly. Kanako Yasaka: Kanako hits HARD, and tanks well, but her crappy 5 base move means you either pair her with someone for rapid movement, or have her in the ship for transporting. Like Suwako, Kanako has serious issues with lack of good P attacks, but she has pretty acceptable EN efficiency, and is a magnificent sniper. Get her to a sniping spot fast and let her camp there for best results. Hatate Himekaidou: Hatate's main use is her personal skill that makes enemies take 10% more damage all turn long. She has pretty good base movement and high evasion, but rather sorely lacking in damage, which makes her a bit of a one-trick pony. Hina Kagiyama: The combination of Accel and Hope makes Hina a magnificent support unit. Which is exactly what she is. Damage is quite decent too, so all in all, nothing to complain about. Would draft her even if she costs 0.5 more. Nazrin: Like Hatate, Nazrin's main feature is her damage-increasing personal skill. That said, if you feel like it you can gear her up into a rather effective support defender, and she has Trust too, which makes her a decent support unit. Wriggle Nightbug: Wriggle's main utility for me is as an accel-bot who also doubles as a support defender (She's easy to set up as one). That said, for people with few to no S-rank night units, she'll also be useful for her Light aura in the earlier night stages of the game. Mystia Lorelei: In a non-LTC Run, Mystia is easily one of the more broken units in the game. Her songs let you beef up your entire team's stats by quite a bit. Even in an LTC, she's useful since she's an accel-bot. Her main backline gimmick is that her squad attack is her STRONGEST attack and she has a personal skill that boost that exact attack to boot. Expect her to deal very respectable damage even from the back. Suika Ibuki: Suika has GREAT durability, combining great evasion with tank-stats that rival the best tanks. Her offense is actually not that great, but it's VERY efficient, especially when you consider that she has an innate skill that lets you refill your MP to full for free once a stage. Overall, Suika is a generalist, and while she could use more oomph against bosses, she is one of the best all-round choices for any situation. Kaguya Houraisan: Very high base HP, decent armor stat, and Robe of the Fire Rat makes Kaguya practically invincible against mooks, and she can survive most bosses with ease as long as she casts Guard. Her damage is quite impressive to boot, with great flexibility of P and non-P moves, ammo and MP-based moves. Her main drawbacks are her crappy move range and her very late jointime, but otherwise? She totally great. Kisume: Kisume is a lot like Suika in that she combines evasion and durability. Her being able to shield-block makes her potentially an even better tank, but she pays for it with crappy offense. Late jointime hurts too. >_< Minoriko Aki: Minoriko has two purposes: Getting me a little bit of extra money via Growth, and casting Bless. She's a really crappy unit otherwise. Shizuha Aki: Like her sister, Shizuha has limited uses. In her case it's casting Trust and Attune. Crap otherwise.

Marisa, Mokou, Keine, Alice, and Cirno headed north, while Meiling, Komachi, Elly, Hina, Koakuma, and Dai headed west. Reimu and Patchy were benched for having higher levels. Only two generic enemies remained alive at the end. Marisa needed to Master Spark support Mokou's Flying Phoenix in order to eliminate Youmu (instead of letting her retreat). Stage 30Turns: 4/58/129 WP: 1/15/30 Reimu, Mokou, Keine and Patchy were benched for Cost. Anyhow, charge to the Prismrivers, either by moving north -> west or west -> north. Accel!Marisa, Accel!Aya and Tailwindx2!Meiling were able to engage Lyrica on turn 2. On turn 3, the WP was secured, Lyrica was finished off, and the first spell was also captured. Turn 4, the rest of the generics were eradicated and the second spell was captured by a Cheerful Daiyousei. Stage 31Turns: 3/61/132 WP: 1/16/31 Benched units this time were Nazrin, Hina, and Cirno. Everybody charged and attacked Ran, ignoring Chen. Thanks to Speed Star and Accel, Marisa got close enough to counter Ran as early as turn 1. Nonspell was taken out on turn 2, and the first spell was almost out. Had to heal a bunch of slowpokes to survive the MAP. Then everybody hammered Ran. Still had idle units, so I decided to kill Chen off too. Stage 32Turns: 5/66/137 WP: 1/17/32 Benched Keine and Mokou this time. They need some pseudo-sisters bonding time alone. Anyway, nothing special, had everyone charge up and attack Youmu. She didn't even get to use her MAP attack so everything went well. Had some idle units at the end, but I doubt I could have 4-turned her because I'd need about three turns to position everyone for optimal Support Attack finisher chains and Youmu has four lifebars. Stage 33Turns: 6/72/143 WP: 1/18/33 Everybody charged up, of course. Marisa, Youmu, and Aya were able to hit Yuyuko as early as turn 2. Turn 3 is when most of the wrecking happened. The fourth spell activation (turn 4) kinda annoyed my snipe team (Cirno, Alice, Koakuma, Patchy), but Marisa was still able to Master Spark, and the close-ranged attackers were able to move up and attack Yuyuko. Bless!Cheer!Alice killed off the fourth spell (with Artful Sacrifice) on turn 4. Then I sent everybody running away from the field. Thankfully, Keine didn't act yet and was able to get into a safespot. Everybody else on the field were dodgers, though both Alice and Mokou got hit, with Mokou reviving and Alice barely surviving. Accel helped Youmu and Aya leave the field quickly, allowing the stage to end with no casualties. If you're wondering why Elly consistently keeps a higher level, it's because she's so awful in combat that she takes heavy damage from bosses and can't evade them, thus forcing me to save her attack for the kill (but not the final form kills, which are Cheer-boosted). If she didn't have Accel, I would likely have kept her benched a lot, though I have to admit that Vigor helps her take some hits too. Oh, I'm not training Letty because her availability in game 3 is bad enough that I'll be better off relying on her auto-levelling at that point while keeping her benched in game 2 (I can't deploy everyone anyway!) Stage 34Turns: 9/81/152 WP: 1/19/34 Alice was benched here. Anyway, everyone charged up and attacked... Ran first. Then they overwhelmed Yukari. Her survival spell activated at turn 4, so everybody just ran and took shelter. After that, everyone was ready for Yukari to appear and were positioned to murder her. I didn't expect her to move up during her final spell, but she was still in range of Master Spark thankfully. Reimu still managed a Fantasy Seal but it wasn't shotgunned. Meiling got the kill this time. ^Translations would be really nice. Real short character analyses, from best to worst: Marisa - Accel for early boss assaults. Overpowered Master Sparks. Now with auto-crit during support chains! Reimu - Good for generics. Shotgun Fantasy Seal hits really hard against bosses. Now with auto-crit during support attack. Alice - Snipe team for the win. She crits a lot too. Keine - Tanks hits, hits hard with Headbutt. Tengu Feather helped her reach bosses quickly. Mokou - Hits pretty hard at close range and is still decent at long range when she doesn't get enough Power for Flying Phoenix. Likes activating Reimu/Keine supports. Meiling - Great tank. Pretty much an inferior Keine (probably because I actually boosted Keine's durability) but still awesome. Ayaya - As if Accel wasn't awesome enough, she gets Tailwind too, which helped a lot with sending units to reach bosses quickly. She hits pretty hard too, though she never managed enough points for Economy, which she desperately needed. Patchy - Snipe team for the win. Unfortunately, her durability is pretty awful for boss attacks (barrier doesn't activate) and she can't dodge anything. Still offers great damage for the sniper support chain though. Komachi - I tend to let her start in the middle/back lines, so she often doesn't reach bosses at the normal range. Still, though, her infinite range skill lets her hit bosses twice without worrying about positioning. Hits pretty decently too. Durability not really an issue at infinite range. Extra Trust is always nice. Elly - Accel is great for the early assault on bosses, but her lack of durability and evasion makes her take heavy damage. Vigor prolongs her usefulness though, and she crits a lot with the Partition skill. Also good at activating Keine/Reimu support. Daiyousei - Cheer and Bless are amazing, especially Bless. Aside from improving the yield from final hits, she was still able to afford a few Trusts for healing purposes and did a great job at cleaning up loads of generics. Hina - She was mostly a Hope bot, tbh, but she did have some combat contributions too. Having a high range attack post-movement helped clear out generics very well. Ayaya really depended on Hope to be combat-effective. Youmu - Only existed for two chapters, but she'd easily one of my top three units just for those two chapters. Early assault with Accel, and hits extremely hard with that final attack. Economy helped ensure that she never ran out of MP. Cirno - Great cleanup unit, but sadly she couldn't do much else. She still helped take a few bosses down though. Koakuma - She wasn't much more than a Hope bot, tbh, though she did auto-crit on support for snipe teams, which helped take bosses down a bit. She also used her MP-refill command a few times. Nazrin - Mostly just a Trust Bot and a Mouse Biter. Heavy survival issues kept her from being too useful for boss combat. Letty - She's not bad, but I intentionally benched/neglected her because she has crappy availability for game 3 and I'll probably be better off leaving her to auto-level for her game 3 return while my game 2 EXP/PP go to the units that stick around more.
